Luckily she ended up helping us with what we needed. She was very helpful and patient. My mom’s old phone had so many issues and she took her time to fix it since we wanted to keep her same number. She showed no signs of distress or frustration. We were there for like an hour but she got the work done ✅ and my mom left happy! Thank you Karina for your great customer service.”
