“The prices here are amazing. Every time i come here i always find something i like! They have a good variety of options and the employees are very sweet, helpful, and welcoming. This is one of my favorite stores to go to. I highly recommend coming here to find some clothes and support a good cause!”
“Very well organized, quaint and up to date store. A lot of in style selection starting at $5! They had beautiful hand dyed upcycled section as well which were reasonably priced ($10-20). Beautiful dish-ware and antique decor. I felt clean and safe coming inside. Will return!”
“Our family donates to this thrift store. The store is always very clean and organized. Staff is friendly. I love that they support the Special Needs community. ♥️. I have also purchased items here. I tell my coworkers and neighbors to check them out.”
“Recently I came here, for the first time, in donating a Cherry wood dresser & nightstand. I met Kevin who graciously helped in getting the items from my car. In chatting with him and learning more of who they help and how they got started, one could just sense the "heartbeat" they have for what they do. I will definitely be donating to 360 again in the future. May God richly bless what you do and those you help.”
“I love the look of Charity’s Closet and how unique the pieces are. Definitely a spot to check out.
However, I’ve observed two situations in which staff spoke to customers in a rude tone.
This has made my shopping experience uncomfortable. Specifically today, March 24th I saw and overheard a staff member being rude to a customer.
Again I am not directly affected, but it would be great if staff could do there job kindly.
Aside from this a great shop.”
“My sister and I’s happy place! Great curated selection of clothes, records, movies, furniture and art at fair prices. The staff is friendly, the place is well organized & super tidy, and the background music is always awesome! THE. BEST. THRIFT. STORE.”

“I like the changes I see in this small Goodwill, only thing is it was a book store before. Now it's clothes, housewares and accessories. Not many books here.”
“Today was our first time at this thrift store. We arrived around 11:30am on a Sunday. I was shopping for infant clothing and have to say the selection was pretty good! Prices were reasonable and there was a 50% off color of the day. Majority of her items were full price, but never exceeded $3 for individual clothing items. There were a lot of toys, but nothing that she was interested in. Aisles were clean and organized, staff was very friendly. The woman checking us out informed us of a discount where you follow the stores Instagram and like their recent post you save 20% off of your purchase. I spent less than $15 for nine items. I cannot wait to go back!”

“Donating used clothing to the Salvation Army Covina branch is a rewarding and simple process. The staff is welcoming and appreciative, making the experience feel meaningful. They offer a convenient drop-off area, ensuring a smooth donation. The branch is well-maintained, and the staff's commitment to serving the community is evident. Knowing that your clothing helps those in need adds a sense of purpose to the donation. It's a great way to give back while also decluttering your space. Overall, the Covina branch makes donating a hassle-free and fulfilling experience, supporting a worthy cause.”
“This thrift store is great! Great prices and good stuff! The only thing that really brings it down is that some of the volunteers are old, insensitive, grumpy ladies and don't keep in mind the mission of the assistance league, they need to remember what the assistance league for 80 years is about helping! I would recommend keeping the rude Old Ladies in the back if they can't be nice to people, and keeping all the rest of the great volunteers in the front. Also the no stroller policy is very upsetting to new parents shopping for a deal as you drink or walk here only to have to leave because you have a baby, besides all that I love coming here.”
“I love this place. I love that they are all volunteers and all the money they make goes to charity unlike most thrift stores. All of the ladies are super friendly and sweet. I donate lots of stuff to this place as well as shop for my kids clothes.”
“People helping people is what this store is all about. It is so nice to have a thrift store in the Claremont Village. All proceeds are donated to local organizations that help people. It’s a great way to contribute to the community…donating extra stuff and shopping here both help people in need.”
“Great place just a little messy but it's great with wide variety of items. 9/10 recommend to go! Great for figure hunters or people who collect retro things etc”

“Amazingly low prices! Mostly groceries, but also some adult clothing (mostly fancy dresses when I went) and household goods, shoes, vitamins, and more. Only a tiny amount of kids clothing and no kids shoes when I went. Some refrigerated or frozen groceries, but not a ton. Most of the shelf groceries were expired, some by just a few days, but some by several months, but you know that going on there and can choose to buy it regardless. Loaves of bread for just $1 each!”
“The learning center is awesome...Ms. Elsy, Ms. Janet, and the Direct are super supportive in providing my daughter the extra tutoring and support she needs to be successful. My daughter has opportunities for improvement in Math and Reading and they are diligently working with myself and my daughter to meet her needs. I appreciate all they do!!!”

“Awesome selection for guys and girls. My guy Alejandro was super nice and helped me find my lady friend a good pair of Jean shorts. Prices are very low. A better cleaner version of buffalo exchange. Thanks Alejandro!”
“If you are a fan of the Acts thrift store in Pasadena, you may be a fan of this location as well.... As this location is a lot bigger than Pasadena. They have furniture at this location!!! And you can use your coupons towards furniture pieces!!! A lot of cool gems you can find here. Be sure to check out their boutique behind the counter. Their prices are pretty fair and decently priced... I go for the color deals and coupons! Can't wait to go back! Thrift on my friends. Cheers!”

“I come here probably once a week. Small, but great finds and great prices. Great place to find pants, records, or little niknaks. All the comments about the staff can’t be more far from the truth. Everyone that works is very nice. They may be quiet, but that doesn’t mean they are rude.”
“vibes are a 10/10 small cute quaint LOVE the store layout, sweetest old white lady workers, FITTING ROOM, vv well organized, prices are ok but a lot of sales and student discount! clothes are ok but not terrible! cute dresses”

“Let me start by saying that the supervisor manager Bobby is the best she's been there for a while now that store has never been better I think you guys got the best person for the job. I can't say enough about this lady not to mention the other managers come and go they come and they go whether they're nice or they're not nice but who cares if they have a bad day we all do I mean good luck look what they have to do to put up with the customer service keep up the good work”
“It's a little more expensive than my fave thrift store, but they have daily percentages off. You still save plenty of moolah. The people working there are also very helpful, polite, and kind.”
“Love this place. Big selection of clothing but not overwhelming. However, I'm very cheap sooo I still feel they're still a tad pricey, but not the worst in the area.”
“Went here for first time this week. Saw it when driving by and wanted to check it out. The store is huge with pleanty of invitory and nicely organized. They had a Torrid section which was a plus for me and the clothes were very nicely priced and brand new, like overstock from the store. The store has color tag sales of the week. The prices of some items are a bit on the higher side so you do have to really search through things and look for color of the week tags or find those hidden gems that are priced good. But overall its worth a check out cause you never know what you can find for a good price.”
“In my opinion, this is one of the best thrift stores around. There is so much good stuff. The clothing aisles are jam packed with merchandise and always full of shoppers. My daughter has found several items that are only available at anime conventions or on line only shops as well as a few brand new LoungeFly mini backpacks and rare manga's. She has also been able to shop here for her cosplay costumes. I, on the other hand, am addicted to Starbucks coffee mugs and can always find something new to add to my collection. This is a good place to find Christmas decor at very low prices. Each day they have color coded discounts, and it seems Wednesdays are the best day with some discounts up to 75% off. Yes some things are a bit overpriced, which is why when I find something I'm not too sure about I always price compare with the Google search. The check out line can get long, but the line goes pretty quickly and the busy days there's a full crew at the check out counter. The workers I've come into contact with, are always very nice.”

“Listen up shoppers, I'm a regular and it seems like goodwills are going insane..this location has a rude clown manager working there. She makes this company look like a joke, with pink hair she's very rude and is errogant. The other workers are cool and this female acts like she is CEO of the store. I bought one thing and left. Not sure if I'll ever return..bad experience with west Covina. Circus is back in town. Fire that joke. Real nice people need her position....I'm shopping online now.”
“We LOVE this thrift store. They have a ton of great kids clothing and shoes and toys. All the employees working inside and at the donation center are so nice- they greet you when you come in and are friendly and helpful. There is a reward system and sometimes they will email you a $5 coupon out of the blue, and on Fridays there is a discount wheel to spin. My favorite place to shop for kids items!”
“The staff is awesome and really friendly. They're super helpful, and the store seems to have everything you need. Keep up the great work. I'll definitely be back!”
