“The prices here are amazing. Every time i come here i always find something i like! They have a good variety of options and the employees are very sweet, helpful, and welcoming. This is one of my favorite stores to go to. I highly recommend coming here to find some clothes and support a good cause!”
“Great selection of quality thrifted and antiqued goods. Impressive density in a smaller space. Mostly closely but good furniture and other house accessories. Definitely worth checking out if you're nearby.”
“This place is a hidden gem! They have a large selection of baby and toddler clothes for super cheap! A mixture of this and that! Also the last week of the month, Monday - Thursday, this place offers 75% off their already affordable clothes and shoes for the whole family! Super friendly and such a great shopping experience! Definitely will be shopping there every month.”
“The very best Thrift Store in the area. Over the last
our last several months I have donated lots of very nice stuff from our home. Down sizing aftery wife past. Hope all our stuff blesses other families and they can now afford them. Also the Staff was very nice and a blessing.”
“Recently I came here, for the first time, in donating a Cherry wood dresser & nightstand. I met Kevin who graciously helped in getting the items from my car. In chatting with him and learning more of who they help and how they got started, one could just sense the "heartbeat" they have for what they do. I will definitely be donating to 360 again in the future. May God richly bless what you do and those you help.”
“Nice store. Organized and neat and staff are friendly, I not only shop here occasionally, but I donate as they are committed to serving the community with reasonable prices and even offer discounts to students and seniors.”
“I love the look of Charity’s Closet and how unique the pieces are. Definitely a spot to check out.
However, I’ve observed two situations in which staff spoke to customers in a rude tone.
This has made my shopping experience uncomfortable. Specifically today, March 24th I saw and overheard a staff member being rude to a customer.
Again I am not directly affected, but it would be great if staff could do there job kindly.
Aside from this a great shop.”

“Donating used clothing to the Salvation Army Covina branch is a rewarding and simple process. The staff is welcoming and appreciative, making the experience feel meaningful. They offer a convenient drop-off area, ensuring a smooth donation. The branch is well-maintained, and the staff's commitment to serving the community is evident. Knowing that your clothing helps those in need adds a sense of purpose to the donation. It's a great way to give back while also decluttering your space. Overall, the Covina branch makes donating a hassle-free and fulfilling experience, supporting a worthy cause.”
“I love this place. I love that they are all volunteers and all the money they make goes to charity unlike most thrift stores. All of the ladies are super friendly and sweet. I donate lots of stuff to this place as well as shop for my kids clothes.”
“I loveeee this thrift store !! Prices are great for great quality clothes. Also Cat is soo helpfull every time & so nice (: she is my favorite worker there, along with vanessa ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”
“I recently stumbled upon the Assistance League in Fullerton and let me tell you, it's like finding a thrift store run by a team of super-friendly, do-gooder superheroes! First off, the place is so clean you could eat off the floor - if you were into that sort of thing, which, let's be honest, who isn't after a good thrift store rummage?
The volunteers? Absolute gems. They greeted me like I was a long-lost cousin at a family reunion where everyone actually likes each other. I swear, one lady was so sweet, I half-expected her to bake me cookies on the spot. And the selection! I found a dinosaur pancake mold from Williams-Sonoma for 50 cents - my breakfasts just got a Jurassic upgrade!
But here's the real kicker: every penny you spend here goes back into the community. They're like the Robin Hood of Fullerton, except instead of stealing from the rich, they're just really good at thrift-shopping and giving back. They help kids with school clothes, seniors with meals, and families in need during the holidays. It's like shopping with a conscience, where your wallet feels good and your heart does too.
So, if you're looking for a place where you can find cool stuff, meet the friendliest humans on earth, and feel like you've done something good, the Assistance League in Fullerton is your spot. Just watch out for the vintage VHS tapes - they might just convince you to start a '90s movie night club. Five stars, would thrift again”
“Tom was very helpful. He greeted me when I walked in and cashed me out. Service was fast, friendly and accurate. Great finds at this store. Some clothes still have the original price tag on them. Brand new!”
“People helping people is what this store is all about. It is so nice to have a thrift store in the Claremont Village. All proceeds are donated to local organizations that help people. It’s a great way to contribute to the community…donating extra stuff and shopping here both help people in need.”

This is my first time here I’m from DC, first time shopper in this location but they got some cute stuff oh my goodness oh yeah when I get paid I will be back here so cute”
“Awesome selection for guys and girls. My guy Alejandro was super nice and helped me find my lady friend a good pair of Jean shorts. Prices are very low. A better cleaner version of buffalo exchange. Thanks Alejandro!”
“The learning center is awesome...Ms. Elsy, Ms. Janet, and the Direct are super supportive in providing my daughter the extra tutoring and support she needs to be successful. My daughter has opportunities for improvement in Math and Reading and they are diligently working with myself and my daughter to meet her needs. I appreciate all they do!!!”
“Amazingly low prices! Mostly groceries, but also some adult clothing (mostly fancy dresses when I went) and household goods, shoes, vitamins, and more. Only a tiny amount of kids clothing and no kids shoes when I went. Some refrigerated or frozen groceries, but not a ton. Most of the shelf groceries were expired, some by just a few days, but some by several months, but you know that going on there and can choose to buy it regardless. Loaves of bread for just $1 each!”

“I come here probably once a week. Small, but great finds and great prices. Great place to find pants, records, or little niknaks. All the comments about the staff can’t be more far from the truth. Everyone that works is very nice. They may be quiet, but that doesn’t mean they are rude.”
“In my opinion, this is one of the best thrift stores around. There is so much good stuff. The clothing aisles are jam packed with merchandise and always full of shoppers. My daughter has found several items that are only available at anime conventions or on line only shops as well as a few brand new LoungeFly mini backpacks and rare manga's. She has also been able to shop here for her cosplay costumes. I, on the other hand, am addicted to Starbucks coffee mugs and can always find something new to add to my collection. This is a good place to find Christmas decor at very low prices. Each day they have color coded discounts, and it seems Wednesdays are the best day with some discounts up to 75% off. Yes some things are a bit overpriced, which is why when I find something I'm not too sure about I always price compare with the Google search. The check out line can get long, but the line goes pretty quickly and the busy days there's a full crew at the check out counter. The workers I've come into contact with, are always very nice.”
“Went here for first time this week. Saw it when driving by and wanted to check it out. The store is huge with pleanty of invitory and nicely organized. They had a Torrid section which was a plus for me and the clothes were very nicely priced and brand new, like overstock from the store. The store has color tag sales of the week. The prices of some items are a bit on the higher side so you do have to really search through things and look for color of the week tags or find those hidden gems that are priced good. But overall its worth a check out cause you never know what you can find for a good price.”
“Love this place. Big selection of clothing but not overwhelming. However, I'm very cheap sooo I still feel they're still a tad pricey, but not the worst in the area.”
“It's a little more expensive than my fave thrift store, but they have daily percentages off. You still save plenty of moolah. The people working there are also very helpful, polite, and kind.”

“Listen up shoppers, I'm a regular and it seems like goodwills are going insane..this location has a rude clown manager working there. She makes this company look like a joke, with pink hair she's very rude and is errogant. The other workers are cool and this female acts like she is CEO of the store. I bought one thing and left. Not sure if I'll ever return..bad experience with west Covina. Circus is back in town. Fire that joke. Real nice people need her position....I'm shopping online now.”
“We LOVE this thrift store. They have a ton of great kids clothing and shoes and toys. All the employees working inside and at the donation center are so nice- they greet you when you come in and are friendly and helpful. There is a reward system and sometimes they will email you a $5 coupon out of the blue, and on Fridays there is a discount wheel to spin. My favorite place to shop for kids items!”
“Maria Alvarez was the best cashier at the store.. she was really nice and went beyond helping and answering any questions I had. The store needs more employees like her. Thank you Maria alavarez.”
“Friendly staff here at Goodwill in Diamond Bar! We were helped by Rene today and he was a lifesaver since we had a few heavier items. He was so thoughtful, bringing out extra cages to fill. We'll definitely be back! Thanks Goodwill and Rene!”
