“I only use FedEx print shop for their self serve printing. The printers are reliable & fast at printing copies. My only complaint is FedEx gets busy & the wait time for printers to become free can be long, 10-15 minutes. I'm impatient. But it's the only place to go besides UPS Store, which I find "Meh." FedEx all the way.”

“I would like to specially recognize Jada, the associate who helped me ship out a package with less than 5 minutes until closing. I ran in without anything to pack the item in and no label - she had things under control in 30 seconds flat. She was cheerful, kind, and just what a frazzled customer needed. Thank you Jada - I hope your leads (?Lauren) give you extra kudos.”

“On April 16th I Went in to have my tax paperwork sent to CPA in Southern California. Walked in the young lady was efficient and helped me get everything done properly. She took no more than 10 minutes to complete my request. Best UPS Store I have abused. If you have a complaint, it’s probably your fault. Think about it first before you make bad reviews”
