“I came in with a very small batch one-off project - a transparent sticker set, which is tricky because the color doesn't pop the same over a dark substrate. They worked with me to find a solution, helped me understand the quality of the output prior to starting, and were a pleasure to work with in general. I would highly recommend them, and they run a very well kept and stocked facility.”

“I've been there many times since moving to Tracy. Sometimes they are very busy and sometimes not but whatever the number of customers they treat you like you are the only one! They are always friendly & polite even when there's a crowd. Of course one moves along quickly with there are a lot of people there. They are always helpful in taking packages to wreigh or to package up themselves for you. I've had notary services, purchased postage stamps, certified mail, fine deliveries via UPS or postal express depending on the circumstances. The store is always orderly and clean. Thank you for a fine operation.”
“I would like to say that it is great that certain UPS storesare open on Sunday. This allows you to send out a package if you work six days a week and can only do it on a Sunday.”
“They’re expensive as hell and honestly kinda rude… but weirdly enough, that’s part of the charm. I live around the corner and come here all the time for printing, laminating, and cutting, and every visit feels like walking into an episode of a workplace comedy where nobody cares about corporate customer service voices or fake smiles. The staff is blunt, sarcastic, and just very real, but somehow they always get the job done fast and correctly. As a corporate company, they kinda suck and the prices are painful, but the experience always makes me laugh because you never know what mood you’re walking into. If you want warm hugs, budget pricing and luxury treatment, go somewhere else. If you want your stuff done right by people who seem mildly annoyed to be alive, this is your place.”
