They worked with me to find a solution, helped me understand the quality of the output prior to starting, and were a pleasure to work with in general. “They’re expensive as hell and honestly kinda rude… but weirdly enough, that’s part of the charm. I live around the corner and come here all the time for printing, laminating, and cutting, and every visit feels like walking into an episode of a workplace comedy where nobody cares about corporate customer service voices or fake smiles. The staff is blunt, sarcastic, and just very real, but somehow they always get the job done fast and correctly. As a corporate company, they kinda suck and the prices are painful, but the experience always makes me laugh because you never know what mood you’re walking into. If you want warm hugs, budget pricing and luxury treatment, go somewhere else. If you want your stuff done right by people who seem mildly annoyed to be alive, this is your place.”

Recently, I came here for something different—a large print of our wedding photo (2 feet by 3 feet). I was unsure whether the image quality and megapixels would be good enough for such a large print, but I decided to give it a try.
Today, I picked up the print, and I am honestly amazed by the results. The photo came out beautiful! The paper quality is excellent, the colors are vibrant, and the image is crisp and clear. It exceeded my expectations.
What impressed me even more was the price. It was very reasonable compared to other places I checked, which were much more expensive. The staff here also took the time to answer my questions and provide guidance on what to expect, something I did not experience elsewhere.
I will definitely be coming back for more photo prints in the future. If you’re looking for quality printing, great customer service, and fair pricing, I highly recommend this UPS Store. Give them a try—you won’t be disappointed!”
