“I just spent 3.5 years of my life in LA living at the Roosevelt in DTLA. All I can say is, wow, what an amazing experience I had while I lived there and it was because of the amazing staff.Jack Wallach, Izabella, and the rest of the leasing team, top tier talent within the property management game. They have done a great job not only the amazing residents but even the occasional difficult ones. Truly a great team that was there to help make living at the Roosevelt a great one.Gina and Sandra- two of the best women that made sure the upkeep of the building was maintained. She is professional, polished, efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, attentive, communicative, flexible, caring and above all, genuinely kind. My family and I were able to transition from a stressful living situation to our new home and community at Cypress Park Apts in large thanks to Valerie and her efficiency. She made us feel welcome from our first tour of the beautifully renovated unit to the exciting moment when she handed us the keys. The grounds are clean, onsite laundry and parking are not an issue, and there are two pools, convenient community and business centers that are great for remote work. Valerie’s constant efforts to improve the community are apparent as well. Valerie and Jose, who handles the onsite building maintenance, make a great team. We are so happy here!”

“If you're looking for a Class-A building in the heart of DTLA, look no further than Watermarke Towers! This building is beautifully designed and professionally managed. The units are spacious with incredible views of the city in every side of the building you're on. Love hanging by the rooftop pool for the sunsets and working by the clubhouse during the day. It's my go-to Zoom background for work calls.The best part of the building are the staff. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance, to management truly care about the building and the residents and are always quick to assist. Maintenance work-orders get done faster than my Uber Eats deliveries. Shout out to Tyler, Kevin, Jennifer, Yvette, Daniel, George, Javier, Carlos, Danny, and everyone. You all rock!”

“I ultimately went with the apartments next door, but AVA was pretty nice. I didn't like how it is two buildings, so you would have the rooftop deck in one and the other would have the pool. Both buildings have nice courtyards. My friend who lived at AVA before liked it, and I think I would have also. The unit layouts are what I have been looking for. I went with Wakaba LA since I liked how it was one building with good placement of amenities. I think the fitness center is larger than several of the ones I've seen.”

The convenience of having a connected parking structure is a huge plus.
