The Spring Arcade, built in 1924, is a unique two-tower building that spans the length of Spring Street to Broadway in the heart of the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles. Originally designed to maintain the ambiance of the former Mercantile Place, the Arcade features a grand, airy, arched arcade at ground level, with a glass-roofed skylight dome inspired by the grand 19th century shopping arcades of Paris and London. Inside, the multilevel arcade once hosted over five dozen shops, but now focuses on a handful of low-key eateries at a ground-level food court. The interior is clean and well-maintained, offering a variety of dining options, from Thai to New American, as well as an ice cream vending machine, all at different price points. The Spring Arcade is a beautiful historic building worth exploring, even if you're not looking to dine or shop. It's a great place to wander through while walking downtown, with the Spring Arcade Coffee House being a particular highlight, known for its lovely owner and delicious coffee, including a delicious hazelnut iced coffee.
Nice place. Blue jam cafe and other spots are pretty nice.

Came to walk through here and lots of cute restaurants and eateries. Very clean. Not many homeless, security is present. Parking is a challenge but I’d return.
