“Today I walked in and I knew the oil I needed because the lady time that I went in Father’s Day to get a case of synthetic oil David and his staff were very helpful and they even let me borrow a funnel to put the oil into the engine without spilling all over the place, today I seen David again and he’s a very good employee and is very helpful he even gave me a paper towel to check the levels of the oil o recommend this autozone they are very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful!”

“Recently, I returned to Martin Auto Color in Downey, California to ask for some help with touch-up paint that I had purchased at the store awhile ago. I was no longer able to open the small touch-up bottle and the paint inside had begun to dry out. Richard, the store manager, was extremely kind and helpful. He took the bottle to the back and, after several minutes, brought back my paint in a new bottle. He told me that he had added reducer and got rid of any dried paint that would not dissolve in the reducer. Throughout the entire time, Richard listened to my concerns and reassured me that he would do what he could to help me out. When I got home, the re-constituted paint worked wonderfully. Many thanks to a great paint store with a great manager.”

“I needed a radiator cap for a Toyota. Big mistake I went to the dealer. They want it $35 just for the cap. I called Napa very friendly young man check to make sure they had it in stock and I paid under $25 for it. I'm retired so $10 for me is $10. Best Auto Parts ever. Thank you very much to that young man that took the time and gave me great customer service. And it was on a Sunday.”

I told her why I was there with no hesitation she came outside to check my batter and confirmed I needed a new one. She helped me even take out my old battery and replace it with the new one. By far the best experience I've had. She did an amazing job and made sure my car turned on.”

“Vince is efficient and is doing great work at Stuggart's Auto Collision. After 3 months of getting the run around from the insurance company adjusters I wanted to give up, a friend recommended this shop to me, and after explaining my situation to Vince, he went to bat for me and got a hold of the adjusters and my car was repaired at Stuggart's in a couple of weeks. “Just a heads up, I am a curent employee. Our current hours are 7am-5pm Monday through Friday. I have tried multiple times to get Google to update this and provided pics of our times. They are not updating it and I don't want to see customer showing up after hours wondering why we aren't open when Google says we are open till 1130 and open Saturdays. Their info is incorrect. The local Dodge dealer told me it was "discontinued." And got the same response from online marketplace sites, local parts stores and EBAY. I was lucky enough to find it here. I got a great deal from Jorge and made my way to pick it up and now I can finish this build. I noticed the comments about " high pricing" issues but I certainly got a great deal. I did not have to grind or ask for a discount whatsoever. These are the times we are living in at the moment where a
"penny saved is a penny earned" to some and nothing is wrong with looking at alternative options. I do understand also that these places have to pay labor,rent, bills, etcetera.
