Has great worship, sermons, a mom's group, a grief group, men's and women's Bible studies, Wednesday night and Sunday morning kids programs plus lots of opportunities to give and participate in local outreach. It's a big church but once you get plugged in somewhere it'll start to feel like home. ❤”

“Home away from home is what I'd call it. Both of my parents are/were members of the church. My father Marvin (R.I.P.) was a member of the church when it was located on Palmer St. And my mother Regina has known Pastor Hill since she was a teenager. I too used to go to Love & Unity as a child but I eventually returned as an official member in 2024-2025. Long story short, Pastor Hill & Osie Hill are true pillars of what fellowship is about. I enjoy Angelo Snelson when he does sermons in the Hills' absence. Bible Study is great as well just like the Community Events we have. We welcome those who needs Christ (and a church home) to come to Love and Unity to truly understand how much God loves you.”

“This is a great church. We have been attending for about 9 years. Pastor Mike teaches from the Bible and is very approachable. There are programs for the whole family. There are plenty of community outreach programs like free food on Thursdays. Also free clothes on certain weekends. Everyone has been so nice and inviting. Come check it out in person or online!”

He has taken (along with the help of many loving and caring members) the church from out of the ashes and renewed it :) If you had visited the church before the change over and were disappointed, I highly recommend coming back and giving it another try, as it's no longer the same church as before...”
“This place is beautiful. Reminded me when I lived in Japan. My parents spoke about how peaceful and comforting it was. Every moment I would try to come here it was always closed. But up until one day my partner and I were lucky to enter. We were invited to attend the ceremony for the ancestors. I was at peace. It was beautiful. Everyone was so kind and informative.
