Recently, I had a special financial transaction I wanted to do in which I had to make an appointment with a specialist. She made a comment and said "I recall reading an email where I can actually do this for you..." This was added information she gave me that was going to save me so much time and effort to complete the transaction. She asked if I had a few minutes for her to confirm it. She found the correspondence, researched it in a special book she pulled out, confirmed it and got approval with the manager to do the transaction. I couldn't believe how happy she made me! So glad I said goodbye to the big bank Nextdoor!!”
