Financial Partners Credit Union is a credit union that has been serving its customers for over a decade. The credit union is known for its knowledgeable and patient staff, who work diligently to assist customers in achieving their financial goals. The loan officer, Peter, was praised for his exceptional service during the house-buying process. He helped the customers prepare their finances and create a plan that was easy to understand, demonstrating a genuine concern for their success. The customers were impressed by his responsiveness and patience, which significantly reduced the stress of the experience. While the credit union may not have all the features of larger institutions, it is highly regarded for its personalized service and solutions. Customers have consistently found the representatives to be well-informed and helpful in finding the best options to meet their needs. However, the credit union has faced some challenges with its customer service, particularly regarding the handling of wire transfers. One customer reported difficulties in getting their debit/ATM card activated and receiving different reasons for the rejection of a wire transfer, leading to frustration and a desire to bank elsewhere. The credit union reached out to the customer and resolved the issue, but the experience highlighted the need for improvement in certain areas of customer service. Overall, Financial Partners Credit Union is a community-focused institution that strives to provide its customers with personalized and attentive service, although there is room for improvement in certain aspects of its operations.

3 stars!! Are you crazy? Have you even tried other banks? I’ve had loans with them etc. I’m a small real estate business owner and they have always provided good service. If you think this is bad, just try a few more CU’s, you’ll be back.
