“My wicker table was breaking, I made a phone call and was expecting a lot of trials to get somebody to answer the phone like the preview company" in 'n out",I 've had my table for 17 months and I think the extreme heat this summer in Woodland hills Where I live made the wicker break. They answered my call right a way and wanted to see pictures of the table. They couldn't find my name on file, so I thought I was going to have to find my receipt's after they received the picture they decided to send me a new one thru fed ex. I had a new table within 2 days. I am very pleased how they have changed their company and are very thurow with pleasing the customers and staying within their warranty policies !”

“I just want to say that our sales rep in the store made the process so easy. I appreciate the time she took and steps she made to assure to us we could have a dinning set available asap. The Curacao messed up our order we cancelled after 3 weeks of trying to pick up our dinning set which their sales rep lied and said the dinning set was available (it wasn’t) customer service is non existent at the Curacao. Casa Linda’s sales rep was the total opposite so transparent and made sure we didn’t experience that again especially during the holidays. Thank you!”

She did a great job showing me figure out what I liked. She answered all my questions and had patience. I am adding this review because delivery was fast and the experience was great. I want to add to my review the delivery guy’s are great. This made my experience even better.
