“I was looking for some white flats for my daughter and of course I wasn't able to find her size. I asked a sales associate for help and she was able to scan the barcode and tell me there was one pair left I the store. She directed me to returns to see if maybe they were left somewhere out of place. After asking a few different associates for help and everyone redirecting me somewhere else I ran into Jeffrey!!!! I am so thankful that I did. He was able to see on his end that the shoes I was looking for had just been delivered and could be in the back. After a few minutes he came out with the shoes in hand!
