They answered my call right a way and wanted to see pictures of the table. They couldn't find my name on file, so I thought I was going to have to find my receipt's after they received the picture they decided to send me a new one thru fed ex. I had a new table within 2 days. I am very pleased how they have changed their company and are very thurow with pleasing the customers and staying within their warranty policies !”
