“I stopped by here to get a couple keys made. I had the pleasure of meeting Angel, an associate that works in the hardware department.While making my keys, I was able to speak with Angel about his duties at Home Depot. Angel initially started off as a maintenance staff member and kept hearing over the intercom, "associate in hardware." After continuously hearing that, Angel approached his manager about applying for that position. Fast forward several months, Angel is looking forward to celebrating his first year anniversary in working in the hardware department. His desire to assist people and ensure a safe shopping and work environment for others definitely warrants this review of his actions and abilities at the Home Depot.”
“Went here today for the first time....had to go twice today actually...went in to buy some mulch and I was pleasantly surprised...the employees are very nice and they have a ton of products you just don't see at the other locations in the surrounding area...they actually have the best garden center IMO....but yeah this will be my new location”
“Gustavo is the best he takes care of me so well. On the other hand today I got the worst customer service that I was about to take my business elsewhere. The only reason I wont take my business somewhere else is because of Gustavo and how he has treated me. Gustavo even remembered my last name and what I ordered. Ferguson better thank Gustavo for saving them customer/business. Sergio should go thru a customer service training course in my opinion. As a business owner myself I would never allow my employees to treat any customer as I was treated especially after spending thousands of dollars with ferguson in the past.”

“Recently, I returned to Martin Auto Color in Downey, California to ask for some help with touch-up paint that I had purchased at the store awhile ago. I was no longer able to open the small touch-up bottle and the paint inside had begun to dry out. Richard, the store manager, was extremely kind and helpful. He took the bottle to the back and, after several minutes, brought back my paint in a new bottle. He told me that he had added reducer and got rid of any dried paint that would not dissolve in the reducer. Throughout the entire time, Richard listened to my concerns and reassured me that he would do what he could to help me out. When I got home, the re-constituted paint worked wonderfully. Many thanks to a great paint store with a great manager.”
