“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed.
Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days.
Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon.
They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing.
Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”

“The lady at the front desk was really friendly. Over all experience was super quick and stress free. This was my first time ever getting a fingerprint scan done. I did not have an appointment but they were able to help me out right away and answered all the questions I had. It was a great experience. “Wow is all I can! Me and my husband visited LA for our 21st anniversary. While there we found a LED sign that was pretty lengthy. However, we visited many shipping locations and they would not deliver. The moment we stepped into Ship District Brandon was amazing and said I can help you. After hearing how much it cost we really couldn’t decide what we wanted to do because the cost was a little bit higher than we anticipated. Mind you; we were going on a cruise and had to be at the port no later than 2pm. Brandon made it happen as we were on small time due to all the other shipping places we went to and they denied us because of the type of sign it was and length.
Brandon ensured us that the sign would be okay. He said enjoy your anniversary cruise and call me once you return. He was a pure blessing. He kept our sign while we went on the cruise because we still hadn’t had an idea if we wanted to leave it, pay for it, or get shipped. Brandon was so nice and once we returned from the cruise we called to tell him to go ahead and ship it and we’ll pay the fees. Y’all he shipped it and it made it safely to Missouri all because we walked into a pure angle (Brandon) at Ship District.
