Chairs are available in the back of the store, when customers are waiting for some grooming services. However the store might want to remove debris/other items off the chairs, and make them designated for waiters as an option. Not everyone is able to walk around the store for the entire wait time, nor leave and return.

Not only did they do a fantastic job with the wash and grooming, but they were also so friendly and patient throughout the entire visit. My dog came out looking (and smelling) amazing.

I made the mistake of taking my Bella to PetSmart for her first ever grooming session and they traumatized her so badly that every groomer afterwards had a hard time with her.
I found We Groom Pets by accident as I was walking and went in the store to talk with them. Despite being busy (it was a Saturday), they took their time to speak with me and answered all of my questions.
When I brought my Bella and my Aura to their grooming appointment, they took their time with both and ensured they were comfortable. The grooming job they did was so beautiful! I really appreciate the tips and suggestions they gave me on how to care for them at home and what style haircut would look best on each for future grooming appointments.
What is so important to me is that they absolutely do not take walk-ins like other groomers. I believe that taking in walk-ins only stresses the technicians out and that's when they have little to no patience with the pups so mistakes are made as well as injuries are inflicted on our fur babies!
I also appreciate the fact that they are affordable! I have 3 fur babies and grooming can be expensive.
Additionally, they do not keep your fur baby in cages! This is important to me because Bella gets anxious in a crate/cage!

My girls, Bernadette and Theodora came out looking darling, smelling fresh and so much cooler. $55 for a full service groom with hair trim is great. $25 for a bath ( nails, glands) and $5 nail trip alone!!!! Roxi was warm and accommodating.

The staff is always super friendly and nice to my dog which is awesome because he does get a little nervous every time he goes for his pamper time. I love how they leave his little face looking all the time and I can tell they are very gentle with him. Today we took Bella for her first puppy trimming and they left her super fluffy and smelling amazing! Thank you Nataly for making our fur babies look so cute. I'm sure you can tell in their face they're happy pup customers

My puppy Rolex needed other dogs to play with. It has been a delightful experience. I can tell the difference with Rolex on day one! He gets to interact with other dogs like him. This is definitely his home away from home. We are so blessed to have Paws On Dogs Daycare in our life's. Highly recommended.

If I knew that, I would not have ordered it. The manager said there was nothing he could do because I didn't send the drink back. Of course I didn't send it back, I didn't know that it was the most expensive drink possible. I thought that I was getting a simple skinny margarita. The manager ended up offering me a $10 gift card. It's a nice gesture, but I felt like they could have discounted something else that I purchased. I don't know when I'll be in the area again, so it may not get used. I've learned my lesson, ask for pricing before ordering a suggested drink.
