I had been looking everywhere for millet for the sparrows that visit my home, including other pet stores, but I could not find what I needed. Pet Town was recommended to me, so I drove there, and I am glad I did.
Sue was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. When I asked about millet, she knew exactly what I needed, showed me the sack of millet, and made sure I left with the right product.
It is rare to find that kind of personal customer service these days. Sue made the experience feel friendly and genuine.

None of them in the area were flexible like Charlie’s! The lady there took me in literally at 5:30 when I happened to get out of work early. She did an amazing job as well. My dog’s coat was shiny! My dog is also reactive towards other animals so she was able to still work with him well.

Roxi was warm and accommodating.

The staff is always super friendly and nice to my dog which is awesome because he does get a little nervous every time he goes for his pamper time. I love how they leave his little face looking all the time and I can tell they are very gentle with him. Today we took Bella for her first puppy trimming and they left her super fluffy and smelling amazing! Thank you Nataly for making our fur babies look so cute.
