“Havnt shop Kohl's in along time, many years. Pleasantly surprised! Sales Floor clean and well merchandised. Found what I was looking for. **Maybe the trick to shop here is early - when they open. Opening hours are at 9am!”
“Johanna and her team were great. They worked with me until I was 100% satisfied with my dress and she did this even when she was pregnant. She never stopped working even when she had delivered her baby, she FaceTimed me when she was at the hospital when I was having one of my final fittings to make sure I was happy. Thank you so much, I love my dress!!!”

“Surprisingly when you order online and you go to pick it up, the employees know how to do their jobs, well at least when I went in several times that week. They always had my order right!! “On Wed Aug 7 2024 between 2pm and 3pm I entered looking for a particular band shirt, the young lady by the door said they did not have any but to check the competing store down the way or to check the kiosk for custom made shirt as a last resort. Now thats what I call 100% amazing customer service to go to hat extents to satisfy my need. Amazing I will be back and buy a lot more shirts from there, I was like am I dreaming right now Im used to the lame service so I did not know what to say I was surprised so I said thank you and walked out with a new perspective ?I hope other stores learn that is not always good to push and sell but to be helpful. “Employees are very courteous and patient. They answer all of your questions and aren't rude even though they are very young.THAT BEING SAID ordering online has been a bit of a mess. I know this isn't a review of their website but it does cause s lot of issues with in store returns, not to mention holding up the line. My most recent orders took forever to arrive to the point where I contacted customer service and they told me they were lost and would RESEND even though I didn't want them to.When the items finally arrived and I tried to return, some items could not be returned. Idk if I have already been refunded for those it's because I did not see a refund in my bank account for those particular items.Refunds also take about a week to process if you pay with credit card which is really annoying. I felt really bad for the employee that helped me today because he was really confused (so was I) so I just left with the items he couldn't return so I wouldn't hold up the line.”
