“I did a 7.5k maintenance including an oil change. But my Ford pass still showing I need an oil change in 1200m afterward. I am not sure that's the problem of the apps or I really need to do it. Besides, I did two filter change as well, but I found two screws under the passenger rug which I believe they're from the change of the cabin filter. I will check it by myself when I have time to do it because I think all small parts matter”

Really nice guy and explained why it was late which noone can ask for anything more. Any company that call their customer on a saturday cares about his business.
