“Had one of 4 catalytic converters stolen on my 2004 Chevy Silverado. After my mechanic made the repairs took it to Power Muffler at my mechanics recommendation and they welded several loops on each converter and then ran wires around the converters and the frame for $750.”

“They typically work on 86/FRS/BRZs, but with the great reviews I figured I would reach out and see if they can help dial in the suspension on my 350Z. I've done everything on my car myself since I've gotten it, but with work getting so busy, I figured I'd give in and take it to a shop. Called and asked for a quote, agreed with the price and was able to take it in the following day. Got there and met Young, the owner, who was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Never pushed me to get any additional service that wasn't needed. He told me what he would do if he was the owner of the car and I agreed with what he suggested. Ended up getting my suspension dialed in, fenders trimmed a bit for clearance and an alignment. They finished the car the same day. Overall great customer service and I would for sure take my car back if I had anything else to do.”

“I can not attest to the poor reviews on here as there are times we are all human and some days just do not go our way at times.
This is my first experience with American Rotary Tools. I had order some belts and due to my inexperience with Pantographs, I didn't know exactly what length to order so what I ordered I thought was right. Turns out, I was wrong.
I called ARTCO to get the issue I caused sorted out and they were more than willing to help solve my issue with an easy return. But ARTCO also took the extra time to talk me through on how to properly measure the belts so that I do not order the incorrect sizes the second time.
From the help desk to Wolfgang, ARTCO definitely has great customer service.”

The mechanic Alfredo told me my car battery tested good but at the same time was honest with me and told me he recommends replacing it since I still had the OEM battery. Also the appointment was extremely easy to setup thanks to the website.”

“I can’t recommend Collin Cocores and MINI of Monrovia highly enough; a truly rare car dealership that makes getting a car straightforward and pleasant. I love cars… but I detest buying them, and in the Los Angeles area, car-buying feels like a gladiatorial fight to the death: high-pressure and often-deceptive sales tactics with manipulative bait-and-switch maneuvers, fake deal-approval processes, hidden fees, near-worthless not-optional options, and even efforts to intimidate and personally shame. Dealers happily employ an amoral smorgasbord of tricks and schemes to greedily maximize profit at the expense of basic decency and good-faith commerce. Ugh, sorry for the rant, I had to get that off my chest. HOWEVER, I’m thrilled (and more-than-pleasantly surprised) to report that my experience buying a MINI Cooper S Convertible at MINI of Monrovia was an absolute delight! My salesperson, Collin, is a gem of a human being, a thorough professional and so genuine, helpful, and honest -- and it was also easy and comfortable working with the Finance Manager, Jonathan “JJ” Josey. Here there was real humanity in the car buying process; Mini of Monrovia’s priority clearly is to build a considerate and respectful customer relationship, not to squeeze out every possible penny at every possible turn. I’m still in a bit of disbelief about it all – every now and then I have to look at the shiny new car in my driveway to reassure myself it wasn’t all a lovely dream.”
