Brought in my car for an accident. Lisa, Mike, and Juan were all so great at communicating clearly and quickly. An accident and repairs are a pain - they really made it so easy and stress free for me.
Had some weird issues with the insurance company I was going through, but Lisa navigated and took care of everything for me. I truly appreciated the continued follow up and updates. Seldom do you get consistent, GOOD, customer service.
The estimated repair was about 3 weeks and it took less than 5 days. The car turned out great! I think better than when I bought it! Mike did a great job. I had some other non-accident related work I was interested in getting done and they provided me a reasonable and honest quote. I really appreciate them taking the time and updating me along the way.
Will definitely recommend you bring your repairs here if it's covered or bring them in if you're paying for your own repairs.

“It is no longer Advantage Ford. It is now Envision Motors. Although they are still working to get everything up to speed with the new owners, my time there in service meets with my approval. Also since there hasn't been a Ford dealership in Pasadena for at least 10 years so Envision is now the only place I can go to get service.”

I just learned that the dealership has changed owners and is now Envision Motors. Many times with ownership changes comes many other changes which aren't always favorable. I guess time will tell as to whether the changes under the new ownership are favorable or not. I hope as a result of this new ownership change that many there will not lose their positions. I really hope some of the services such as free shuttle service to your home or work while your vehicle is being serviced does not go away. Actually that service is one of the main reasons I've had my vehicles serviced at Advantage Ford. If that service goes away, I will likely have to consider a new place to have my vehicle serviced.”

“I ordered porsche 930 rocker panels from them. The owner actually called me on a saturday afternoon to tell me the parts would be late due to issues from the pandemic. Really nice guy and explained why it was late which noone can ask for anything more. Any company that call their customer on a saturday cares about his business. I was looking for a new Nissan Sentra to get, but every other dealership I went to the sales people were either very unhelpful or seemed indifferent to making a sale.
