“Wow, what can I say about this company, not only is it fast and reliable, but when you walk into the shop, the way you feel comfortable knowing that all your transactions are safe and secure.
I have done extensive transactions and bought multiple accessories that last a long time, and every thing is high end and very useful.
Both Derrick and Gabriel are straight to the point and make sure that you are getting the best service possible.
One thing I was suppressed that the shop did was offer other services and other plans that are very affordable and are really the best fit, just recently I needed to get some internet for my small room, and I was so frustrated and upset that the priced for a service are so expensive!!!
But here is where this shop comes into place, I usually visit the shop and strike up a conversation with either Derrick or Gabriel, and as soon as you walk in, you see a sign (pictured below ⬇️) for a program where they find you affordable internet, and after some consideration and some talking, I now have great working internet for a cheap price,
all thanks to Derrick for a referral.

“Cricket is a mobile phone company. The Chinese name is cricket, and cricket is a sport. Cricket has many branches. The Cricket branch I often go to is located on the south side of Nogales No. 1015 in Rowland Heights. The service attitude of every staff member is very good and they are very patient. There are many cheap phone plans to choose from. I didn’t know that the monthly mobile phone bill at home is very high. Since I chose this store, every month It has saved a lot of money for my family. Now we have bought a 4-line package for our family of 4. It is cost-effective and cheap, and the data is unlimited. Friends who are not using mobile phone packages to pay are welcome to come to this store and you will definitely be happy. very satisfied! ?”

“I visited the Verizon store in Hastings Ranch twice recently. August 8 to get a new phone and iPad and had exemplary service both times. My sales representative was Ivan he exemplifies what true customer service should be. He was courteous, knowledgeable and had a wonderful attitude. He should be commended. Today I went back to have my iPad data transferred to new iPad plus to turn in my old phone. Matt the manager assisted me until Ivan arrived. I can see why he is the manager because he also was very helpful knowledgeable and exemplified customer service. That store should be acknowledged by upper management for how they treat the public. I would and will highly recommend them. Thank you”

“This past Friday we had an amazing experience at this location. After reading most of the reviews, I was apprehensive to stop by. I'm glad I did not allow the negative comments to keep us away. It was time to upgrade three phones and did not want to encounter a hassle as in years past. If you want to be treated with respect & the utmost kindness, look for Jen to assist you. Jen went above and beyond the norm to get everything handled in one visit. Not only did she take her time to make sure we were happy with our transaction but she also was multitasking and assisting others while we waited. No one was left unattended. It was a busy day (Veterans' Day). Jen's personable demeanor and friendly smile is what made a difference, and I absolutely will be returning to this AT&T location. “I was very upset at myself for being clumsy and dropping my phone on the pavement. As a result, my screen cracked. I am on a tight budget and didn't have the money to buy another phone. Thankfully, my friend, who also had a cracked screen last year recommended A&A phone care to me. She had her screen replaced here and thought they did a good job for a reasonable price. I needed to use my phone asap but didn't want to run around town looking for a repair shop so I took my friend's advice to get my phone fixed here. I'm so glad I did. I got my screen replaced while having lunch nearby and when I came to pick it up, I was pleasantly surprised by the looks of my phone. It looks like new. I have been using it for a few weeks now and have not had any issues. I'm just happy I don't need to buy another phone. If anything changes, I will come back and give an update.”

The employee determined its because of my Sim card that has not been updated for 13+ years. She recommend me to get an e-sim and got that sorted right away.
