“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge shoutout to Afshawn at the San Ramon O’Reilly Auto Parts! He was absolutely amazing — friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help fix a headlight for my friend. Not only did he find the right part quickly, but he even took the time to install it for us. You don’t often come across such genuine, helpful service these days. Thank you, Afshawn, for your kindness and for going the extra mile! O’Reilly’s is lucky to have you!”

“We recently bought a battery here, and unfortunately it stopped working after a couple of days. We came back expecting a hassle, but Yohannes made the entire experience easy and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to troubleshoot the issue instead of rushing us. He explained everything clearly, treated us with respect, and made sure we left with the problem resolved. It's not often you find customer service like this anymore. Yohannes went above and beyond, and his honesty and dedication really stood out. Thank you for turning an unfortunate situation into such a positive experience. We truly appreciate your outstanding service and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Yohannes!”

“Not sure who does the hiring decisions here, but I want to give a big thanks to Kyle and Sam from this location for helping me with securing a lightbulb replacement for my vehicle. Not only did they suggest the best part for my vehicle. They also shared with me a warranty and rebate that helped save me $25 on purchasing the higher definition bulbs versus just the regular ones (which after a rebate comes out to the same price.) I think Kyle is a manager here? And he was very busy but still found the time to help me and even tapped in Sam (one of his associates) to finish up what I needed assistance with. I will definitely be back to this location to get any additional parts that I need. Thanks so much y’all!”
