“Low coolant light came on Friday evening. Didn’t think I would find a reputable repair place open on weekends. I found this place on Google.
Went Saturday morning. The gentleman there was amazing and an awesome mechanic. This places has decades of experience, and my Range Rover Evoque was repaired. Prices were very reasonable so I actually added more services and got other things repaired that I couldn’t afford in the past.
Overall 10/10 service! My car is driving better than it ever has. Highly Recommended!”

“Huge shout out to Doug and the team at Schnucks. I had my transmission rebuilt at another shop but unfortunately one of the reman coil packs failed about 3 hours from the other shop. The owner of the other shop called doug and they worked out getting my Excursion back on the road. Doug didn't gouge the other shop for this warranty work and they got it done way faster then expected so I have my truck back for the holiday weekend, Great customer service and a really stand up team. You will not go wrong picking theM for your service needs”
“Great dealership. My wife and I came to look at a few options and we were helped by Naseem. Naseem is a great salesman. Very friendly and quite straight forward. I go through many cars and had my fair share of dealing with car salesman over the years. Naseem is very professional, not pushy and very helpful. Very easy to joke with even during negotiations. Quite possibly one of the best salesman I’ve dealt with in my 20 years of car buying. The real impressive part is how young he is. My wife ended up with a new Telluride. I’m so serious with the compliments and praises that a week later, we picked up new Sportage for my mother. We are definitely getting planning on going back if we are to pick up another Kia anytime soon.”

“5 stars for my man Clark, he’s very knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate about the Mazda brand, he made sure I knew about certain details about the car I wanted, I explained my situation to him and he very gladly assisted me in every step or every question that I had was always a detailed answer. I can’t thank him enough for making me happy with the purchase. As for Harry the financial guy, not so good experience with him. He kept running my credit after asked not to, it was ran already by my bank and also docked my trade in amount by around 700 dollars because my bank “required” a minimum of 700 down to process my loan which in my experience and knowledge is bogus, also wanted to sell me a warranty that I had turned down and ran my credit again to see how much it would be monthly, that almost made me back out of the purchase, Thank fully Clark came by to make sure I was good as I was visibly annoyed/upset. I can’t thank Clark enough for his support. I’d recommend Clark to help you in your vehicle search all day long.”

“They have auto paint materials. Very old school shop. At the time of this review they were short staffed and closed for lunch. Probably best to call before hand if you're going around lunch time. Staff was nice though.”

“When I returned from a vacation the battery in my 2018 Genesis G80 was dead. I called.Genesis of Dublin Service Center to make an appointment for a battery replacement. Trisha in the Service Dept answered the call. She gave me an appointment the next morning. I told her I would have to call AAA for a jump and would need to keep the vehicle running. If I turned the vehicle off I would need another battery jump. She said no problem, when you arrive come and find me. I drove to Dublin early the next morning. Trisha walked out of the center to greet me where I was standing next to my car. We went inside to fill out the paper work.
The G80 went into the service area and I went to the waiting area. Within an hour the battery was installed, along with a check of other systems. The service team could not have made this battery replacement go any smoother. My interaction with Trisha was the reason I decided to get the job done at the Dublin Center. If my 2018 Genesis G80 ever needs any additional service, I will definitely return to Trisha and the Dublin Service Center.”
“While waiting for my son at school, I decided to stop by Dublin Toyota to pass the time and look at cars. There, I met Mr. Bobby Mesina while searching for a used van to replace my high-mileage vehicle. I knew how challenging it is to find a new Toyota Sienna, even though I see many on the road. “I had to get some minor repair work done on my car and James was really helpful. I explained to him that I wanted to cover the cost of the repair so as not to burden the lady who hit my car since she seemed to be having a rough time and I did not want to bump her insurance, to which James promptly assessed the damage, fixed whatever minor repair work was needed and refused to take payment for his time. The job was small but the thought and action from James was credit worthy. It's good to know there are businesses that still value compassion.”
