“Great service at a fair price Brought in a 20+ year old mountain bike that had been sitting and the shifter was not working anymore. They got the shift levers rebuilt and fixed a bent derailleur hanger and got it back to me the same day.”

“Mike was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He helped my partner and I with getting 2 bikes (even assisted with acquiring 1 bike from another location), along with recommendations for accessories so our dog can ride with us :) I would highly recommend coming here for your bike needs!”

“My husband and I were visiting from out of town and decided to go look at e-bikes! This shop owner and employees were amazing!! They were friendly, knowledgable, and experienced! We were able to test ride different bikes to make sure we were not only comfortable with the ride but the staff also modified the bike so my husband would have a more comfortable ride with his shoulder issues! We purchased two bikes from them and would highly recommend anyone in the tri-valley area to stop in if you are considering purchasing a bike or need repairs done on your current bike! There is a reason why they are so busy because they are really that good!”

“Ordered a bike directly from the Mike’s Bikes website and attempted the build myself at home, but ran into trouble and made a complete mess of it. I drove over to the Pleasanton store without an appointment hoping they could help. They immediately stepped up: took the bike in, assembled it properly, tuned it to perfection, and didn't charge a dime. Massive shoutout to Jon - absolute lifesavers, knowledgeable, and genuinely great people. Highly recommended!”
