“I can never thank these folks enough for their kindness and over- the-top service. I've rediscovered mountain biking when Covid-19 started, and so I got three bikes. My first two were from a chain bike store, while my third, a Specialized Kenevo Comp is from Superfly Wheels. I've been regularly going to lots of trails and naturally, needed frequent repairs and tune ups. I often get disappointing reception at the chain, but each time I come to Superfly Wheels, I get a personalized, small-town, no-frills, non-chain store experience, that is friendly, quick, attentive, honest polite and conscientious. I have never been charged for a tune-up service, and they've even thrown in free minor parts. I am so very amazed and extremely satisfied with Superfly Wheels. And to all of you who are undecisive where to purchase your next bike or bring one for repairs, I tell you this is the place to go!”

“I have a cruiser e-bike that was in bad need of some TLC. I walked in for an inspection to get it fixed later on, and they ended up fixing my brake squealing that day for really reasonable price. I felt really welcomed in the shop even though I don't think I fit in the biker demographic, everyone was so nice and patient. “We have been visiting Schwinn Cyclery for around 2.5 years for repair and upkeep of our multiple bicycles. James is honest (too blunt for some folks' appetite), provides extremely fair pricing and above all provides great service. In cases of purchase and repair, we have found him to be very knowledgeable about this domain, and he is able to provide good recommendations on what bicycles would fit a user for specific needs. I have personally visited couple of other bicycles shops in Fremont and their pricing for the quality of service is atrocious... We would definitely recommend James and Fremont Schwinn Cyclery !!!”

“My son's new bike (ordered online) had to issues since it had been assembled. The pedals loosened up w/the chain twice. The 2nd time I was fed up and thought maybe there was a defect. I finally decided to take to a bike shop. People I spoke to recommended Baylands and Centripedal. I ended up taking to Centripedal and they had great customer service and took my sons bike right in to fixed when we arrived with a 60 day warranty on the repair. My son's bike has been perfect ever since and no more issues. I will continue to use Centripedal for any bike repairs we may need in the future. They're great just like those said who recommended them!”
