“Been to Superfly a bunch of times now and they’ve always gone out of their way to help me. Most recently I had a kinda unusual request with my Specialized e-bike. I needed it changed from Class 3 to Class 1 and even though they hadnt done one before, they were willing to figure it out and contact Specialized if they needed help. Got it done quick, charged me exactly what they said they would, and the bike works great. Really good local bike shop and good people. Definitely recommend them.”

“Ordered a bike directly from the Mike’s Bikes website and attempted the build myself at home, but ran into trouble and made a complete mess of it. I drove over to the Pleasanton store without an appointment hoping they could help. They immediately stepped up: took the bike in, assembled it properly, tuned it to perfection, and didn't charge a dime. Massive shoutout to Jon - absolute lifesavers, knowledgeable, and genuinely great people. Highly recommended!”

“I don't write a lot of reviews for places, but I felt compelled to give Trek 5 stars. We have both bought a bikes from here and taken in multiple bikes for service. The staff has always been great. Service has been timely (when they can't do it right away, they tell you when and stick to it) and have reasonable prices. Believe all the other rave reviews, these guys know their stuff and do it well.”

“Our first time here, the owner James was such an amazing guy with a great sense of humor. He is to the point, gives us the information we need, educates us even in the little time that he has and helps us choose what we need. Don’t come here expecting to have a loooong chat, he is a busy person and values others time as well. He will help you make the decision within minutes because of his expertise. He will appreciate someone who doesn’t dilly dally so do some homework and go there and he will be your guide. I was able to purchase my bike (free warranty) in 10 minutes coming to his store. I was looking at various bikes online and offline for days and couldn’t come to a conclusion, he is a like a dad who knew what we needed. My husband and I will definitely keep coming here.”

“My Buddy’s Bike Shop is exactly what a great small, family-owned business should be. Our family has been loyal customers for almost 8 years, and I honestly wouldn’t trust taking our bikes anywhere else. I have an older mountain bike that they have serviced for me over the years, and they have always done an incredible job. I also purchased a mountain bike here for my son. On his second ride, we discovered an issue that turned out to be a manufacturer problem. My Buddy’s Bike Shop immediately stepped in, worked with the manufacturer, and got the bike repaired quickly and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. What really impressed me was that they never tried to upsell me on additional services or use the situation as an opportunity to sell me something I didn’t need. In an age where so many businesses seem focused on upselling and add-ons, their honest and professional approach was incredibly refreshing. Their customer service is outstanding, their prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, they are honest and trustworthy. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take the time to listen to what you actually need before making a recommendation that is best for you and your bike. That level of service and integrity is hard to find these days.
