  I have been a Chase customer for many years but this branch has very poor service and extremely rude staff. Long wait times, poorly managed staff and branch. I don't recommend anyone going to this branch. They don't even deserve one star. Don't ruin your day. Go to another branch or change banks.

  They have construction going on. They should close while the work is being done. There was a line, smelled like paint, and a frantic bank teller going back and forth to different parts of the branch. I left after waiting in line for a few. It was a horrible experience. I will avoid this location.

  After consulting with one banker here, I was not so satisfied so I went to Wells Fargo not far from this one. I got happy answer at WF. I would use WF then due to a better experience there.
