“After a nationwide bank wouldn't even give me the time of day for a HELOC, Fremont Bank came through. The process took quite a while, more than a month, but at the end of the day they funded my HELOC and got me out of a bad situation! Great customer service any time I needed to email, call or stop by the branch, too. Can't say that about the nationwide bank that I'll probably be moving my accounts over from. I'll likely use Fremont Bank to refi the mortgage eventually or next mortgage as well.”

“I like this location, even when there's lines inside they go by quickly. I prefer to use the ATMs inside versus the ones on the outside for privacy and safety reasons. The ATM inside also gives you smaller bills. The staff here are nice and friendly and don't seem to hate their lives lol I always find parking. It's located in a very quiet building which lends its self nicely for room for bank goers. There's lollipops and pens at the kiosks too. Overall satisfied to my visits here no complaints.”

I called the branch looking for help because of a bad experience at another location. I was very frustrated when I dialed this branch and honestly didn't expect anyone to even answer the phone. Nancy answered right away and did everything she could to fit us in, and she went over the paperwork so that we were sure to bring what was needed. While we weren't able to go the same day she squeezed us in the next week. Shortly after that call the branches personal banker called and explained to me about a banking product I could set up at home. This was really the best solution for us and my faith was restored that there is still customer service in banking. Thank you Nancy and team.”

It was a rainy day and one of the employees was walking in and I roll down my window and asked is there someway I can withdraw cash because I have a baby asleep in the car. They said no problem I'll have somebody write out to see you they came out asking for the money I needed showed my ID in my bank of the west card and a few minutes later somebody came out with an envelope of the money I needed never had to disturb the baby and it was again above and beyond all expectations.”
