The facility is very modern and always very clean, with animals having their own actual rooms with windows and glass doors instead of cages. The staff is super friendly, extremely welcoming, and kind, explaining the adoption process from start to finish and treating the animals wonderfully. They are very great people who take very good care of all animals, providing spay/neuter services, health exams, and microchips. The shelter is a no-kill organization where the animals are taken care of extremely well by staff and veterinary professionals. The experience is seamless and easy-going, with plenty of staff and volunteers to help educate and facilitate meetings with potential pets. Visitors find easy access to bond with the cats and dogs in rooms with pods and lots of toys. The staff dedicates time to helping the animals and ensures the facility is in good hands, allowing potential adopters to take their time without being rushed. They provide honest and truthful information to ensure animals go to a real, caring home that is the best fit for each family.
