We love our Genesis GV70 but if you come here, just be prepared to go through sales hell to get one. This was hands down the worst sales experience we've ever had. They dinged our credit score due to their incompetence and we STILL DON'T HAVE A SECOND KEY FOR OUR VEHICLE 5 MONTHS LATER. Bought a brand new GV70, took us about 6 hours to get out of the sales office and off the lot, even though we were ready to pay cash, they insisted on providing financing so we could get a "better deal" and talked to us in "monthly payments" terms like the sleazy used car salesmen trick. We finally got home (they said they needed to detail our brand new car for 2 hours first before sending us home) and they had inserted several charges into our agreement package we had specifically asked to have removed. (Why are you trying to sell me upholstery sealant, isn't the upholstery of your "luxury car" good enough?) We had to drive back the next day to get everything restated, reprinted and then whoops restated again because they messed up my husband's name and where he was supposed to sign. They also never properly set up our Genesis account so we found out our payments were past due when we got credit alerts that our Genesis Finance had gone into default, absolutely tanking our credit scores about 150 pts. We still don't get the right emails, notifications or mailing notices despite having to change it ourselves in the system multiple times because of how the dealership set up our account. On top of it, they only gave us one key and promised to ship it to us when the other one came in. If I lost a key, they'd charge me $1k, but we have called and texted since we bought this car and STILL DONT HAVE ONE! They say they will call us back in 30 minutes and never do, or call let it ring one time, hang up and don't answer when you call back. However, can't fault them as key management isn't their strong suit despite being a car dealer... we did a vehicle trade in, and they called us in a panic the next day because they lost the key to our vehicle, even though we handed to the sales associate. I'd try any other Genesis location (even if it means driving extra miles) before ever coming here again.

Incompetent and dishonest. The worst sales experience I have ever encountered! I had exchanged text messages with Nabeel regarding a a car in thier inventory I was interested and mentioned I would be in the next day. When I arrived he handed me off to Donavan who apparently was not too familiar with the car. I asked to see dash and interior features with the car on. 20 minutes of looking and they can't find the keys. I decided to give them and a chance and suggest I return the next day hoping they would locate the keys. Showed up the next day with my wife and still no key the keys were located after another 20 minutes. We asked to test drive the car which was in the show floor. Donavan informed me, they can't allow a test drive unless we commit to buying. We then talked price and Donavan presented a written out-the-door quote for an amount my wife and I felt was in the range we would be willing to spend. The test drive was fine, we sat down to fill out the purchase paper work . Donavan goes back with the paper work and claims the " new Sales Manager" made a mistake and the OTD price was $5,000 more. I was lived, asked to speak with the Sales Manager ( who did not appear) . We left and went to Volvo around the corner where the buying experience was professional.

I recently visited the dealership and had an great experience. Lauren was the sales advisor. She is responsive and patient to the customer. What truly stood out was her commitment. They made the car-buying process stress-free and found me the best financing terms.

Leased a beautiful G80 SUV today. Naveed Jalal, the internet sales manager, who really did not expect us to purchase or lease, was patient, knowledge and professional. We test drove the two automobiles in which we were interested, and up with the amazing SUV. Seriously, if you want great service, patience and attention, Naveed is your man! He actually delivered it to us tonight!

I was very uneasy about bringing my car in for service after reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service Marcos from the service department provided. I will definitely be coming back.

The concierege picked up & dropped off my gv60. Alex, my service advisor, was awesome and very good care of me. I left some of my valuables in my loaner car, and he went out of his way, and thanks to him - i have them now. The dealership is where i also purchased my vehicle. Great deals. Highly recommend.

I took my 2020 G70 Genesis to the service department on September 6th 2023 and I was very impressed with my service advisor Alex. Alex was very professional and courteous. Alex gave me status updates regarding the service being done on the car and kept me informed on what was being tested and recommendations for future services needed. Great job Alex!

We were looking for a GV60 and Dublin Genesis had one on the lot with the exact specs that we wanted. Made an appointment with Nick and he was able to accommodate us the next day. Went into the dealership, test drove the car, and decided it's the one. Nick and the team made the purchase process easy and pleasant. We are happy with both the car and the service!

Wanted to give Genesis a try, drove 40 miles to this dealership just to be virtually ignored. Once I finally was approached, no assistance other than a sales pitch was given. No tour of a car, test drive, nothing, went back to Acura and bought a RLX the following week. Too bad as I heard Genesis makes a decent product.

Heard a lot about the new Genesis. Met with Sales person Naveed Jalal. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend anyone interested in one of these vehicles, to ask for him. Good cars. Good dealership. Also another sales person, Sayed Sadaat was also available to respond to any questions we had. On a follow up issue we also were very comfortable and pleased with out interaction with the Lady behind the courtesy desk. Her name was Marika Young and her title was Customer Relations Manager.

My car was taken here to recalibrate my windshield due to it needing replacement. When the dealership had my car they also found some error codes to address with my back harness. So they took care of it. My car was towed here by the auto body shop & towed back to the shop. Look at the photo on how my car was returned to the auto body shop. This is just ridiculous how they just threw things in the back of my car & the auto body shop is working on putting my car back together. They are also checking to see if anything was damaged. My weather strip is ripped & part of my suede panel in the cargo is completely scratched bc of them throwing the under carriage in the back. I've had my car for less than a year & I have kept it in impeccable condition. I know my car did not have any of that damage before I took it to have my windshield replaced. I also know the auto body shop has nothing to do with it bc all they did was replace my windshield. They did nothing to the back of my car. The auto body shop is now dealing with the dealership to have my weather strip & suede panel replaced. Do yourself a favor & don't take your car here for service. They obviously don't care how to treat your cars.

Genesis service center is expected to be high-end service. you will call and never get a person to answer, once they even picked up and hung up on me immediately. I have left messages requesting to schedule an appointment, no return call yet. I'm leaving 3-stars to give them benefit of the doubt (maybe it's super busy on a Tue afternoon), sales team might be okay, and the actual work in the service dept might be good. I will update the stars once/if they ever call me back.

Buying car is no problem from here but service ! I have been trying to make an appointment for my 1st maintenance service for 2 weeks. Service department never picks up calls, never call back when you leave voice msg. I'm done with them.
