Hey Dude at San Francisco Premium Outlets provides amazing and exceptional customer service. The staff is super helpful, very welcoming, kind, and super nice. Employees take their time to try on multiple shoes, are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping customers find shoes that work, including for special needs children. The shoes are super comfortable. Customers report a great experience and state they will be going back soon and purchasing their shoes there moving forward.

Enid was amazing I have a special needs 7 year old who wears afos and we were having a hard time finding shoes that fit and she took the time to try on multiple shoes and we finally found the ones that worked thank you so much very kind
