I referenced an a sweater that I saw in the catalog. She knew what sweater I was talking about, shared that was not something she carried, but showed me other sweaters. Her knowledge of the stock was impressive. The most remarkable thing was her poise and customer service, she radiated a good mood and it was infectious. There were several other customers that came in while I was there and she greeted everyone with the same energy and enthusiasm.”

Last month, Foot Locker Inc. reopened its flagship store at 112 W 34th St. in New York City, as part of new retail plans. The store introduced "Home Court," a basketball-focused shopping area created with Nike and Jordan Brand. The updated store offers a basketball-themed shopping experience. It combines customer service with the newest products for use on and off the court from several brands.
