“This was the first time ever taking Sirius to a groomer. They were highly recommended by a coworker and I can now see 100% why! They were sweet and understanding. Yevette went into details with me bout his hair. He is a golden/ husky mix and can be super nervous. She worked her magic for his first time. I truly appreciate knowing my boy is in great hands! Already on the books for his next appointment! 10/10 recommend !”

“Having your dog groomed by Gina is a cut above most other groomers. She truly cares about your dog and pets and compliments them. Her salon is quiet and calms down my very nervous Maltipoo. And she does a fabulous job with styling!”
“This location has friendly knowledgeable employees working here. Their inventory is very limited when it comes to certain things but that's with all pet food express it's not a pet store it's a pet food store. There is a variety of quality foods for you pet. Just ask the employee to help find what your looking for and there happy to send you & your pet home happy.”
“It was good but some of your shelves are really empty especially the product high-end dog food that I buy it seems like you guys never really restock your shelves but everything else is great”

“Our family has been going here for years after moving to Castro Valley. Everyone who works here is so friendly, sincere, and kind. It’s always nice to bring our dogs here to see their friends, they remember each of our dogs and our dogs are always happy to see them. All the employees always take the time to answer any questions we have and give great recommendations.”
