Have to give you at least one star. Should be 0. “Corporate policy” keeping dressing rooms closed until 11:30 making it hard for shoppers to be sure about spending money here. I can’t buy pants without trying them. Ross made it impossible to find pants due to some dumb “corporate policy”. Be better for your customers

I just tried to call customer service because we're standing in line here at Ross's in the lines literally from the front door to the back of the store and the person asked me for my social security number if I can give zero Stars I would
