“Would HIGHLY recommend Ashton Auto!!! Spoke on the phone with many many shops to get quotes to repair my mom’s high mileage 2007 Lexus, and while most quotes were similar in price (minus the dealer), what made me choose this place was the interaction with Ashton and Steve on the phone. They were very kind, patient and very honest about what could happen during the repair and what the price was for each situation. What initially was a $1500 “worst case scenario” quote actually turned out to be $900 upon completion. They were communicating throughout the whole process and I am very happy with the service! “America’s tire Co. told me that it would take an hour to replace a tire. I showed up and they told me it would be 20 Minutes to look at my car then up to three hours to replace my tire. I called Big O. They gave me a quote and estimate estimated time of completion. I ended up getting all four replaced since they were due and they had a promo. They changed all the tires and I was out of there by the time America’s Tire Co was calling me letting me know they could look at my car.”
“I wanted to rotate the tires on my Tesla - Tesla charges $65 to rotate the tires. Contacted WheelWorks in Dublin, CA because I had bought tires from the in the past and was happy with them - they gave me a quote of $10 to do the rotation and a quick appointment.
The person at the counter had the paperwork ready for me when I went to drop the car off - he said it would take about 1.5 hours but in less than an hour, he called to say my car was ready. It was taken care of without any issues. They also ran a diagnostics on the car and emailed the receipt.
Charging only $10 for almost an hour of labor is unheard of in USA! Great job WheelWorks Dublin.”

“Got my tires rotated today. Overall did a great job. Customer service can be improved though. Talked to manager Monica. Didn't really felt like I was welcome and just felt rushed. Maybe improve on customer service as this makes a whole lot of difference on customer experience and whether they would want to come back in the future. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars. But thanks anyway team!”
