“Pricing for cartons is definitely cheaper than most places in the bay area. If I'm in the area I'll stop by for a carton of smokes. The guys that work here are friendly. The parking lot is a little small but generally people are in and out in the plaza.”

“This place is great! The people who work there are super friendly and they always make sure I leave satisfied, even if they're out of what I need. It's also easy to get to (right off the 680 freeway) and there's ample parking. Just wish they had online ordering or at least a way to check stock without having to go in but I get why they don't 😉.”

“EDIT: Despite the long wait, Cloudious9 made things right about 3 weeks after I first contacted them. They sent a new base to their Carti9 product, which initially arrived broken. The product works amazingly and is very smooth. I will still take off a star as I would’ve been fine with a refund after such a long wait; and now I have two full kits, along with a second piece that belongs to another device entirely, which is a bit inconvenient. Will update if they ever make this right, but as of now I am still waiting for a properly working base component for my Carti9 as mine (a Xmas gift purchased a month ago) came broken. Their customer service is abysmal and nonexistent. They then sent me the wrong replacement item after being radio silent for a week-plus. Now, it’s coming up on two weeks since I received the wrong replacement item and the issue still has not been resolved. Just things to be aware of if you plan to become a customer of theirs.”

“Love it! The bud tenders are always more than helpful and not trying to rush you out the door. Courtesy goes a long way.besides that their prices are always fair, haven't had the chance to purchase the flower yet, but I rock the vape pens... I know bad for the throat, but reduces the smell... gosh I miss the smell... anywho enjoy the experience people, I know I have!”
