“I wanted to rotate the tires on my Tesla - Tesla charges $65 to rotate the tires. Contacted WheelWorks in Dublin, CA because I had bought tires from the in the past and was happy with them - they gave me a quote of $10 to do the rotation and a quick appointment.
The person at the counter had the paperwork ready for me when I went to drop the car off - he said it would take about 1.5 hours but in less than an hour, he called to say my car was ready. It was taken care of without any issues. They also ran a diagnostics on the car and emailed the receipt.
Charging only $10 for almost an hour of labor is unheard of in USA! Great job WheelWorks Dublin.”
“My CR-V had paint damage and minor dents on the rear side that I thought was in need of touch-up painting. I went in for an estimate and the fellow noted the minor dents but said the paint was not damaged but paint was transferred to my vehicle. They explained that removing the dents would be quite costly but they could remove the transferred paint in a minute. I was stunned (pleasantly) but a bit doubtful. He returned with some cleaner and removed the 4 spots with transferred paint and it looked like new (except for the minor dents). He refused any payment but I gave him a decent tip for the few minutes he spent with me. Amazing service (if not also a bit embarrassing to me, but I'm over it already!)!! Thank you Color Pro Auto!”

“Ended up with a nail in my back tire which I noticed late on a Saturday evening. I was so lucky to have found this place that is open on Sundays, fast, and so reasonably priced!! I called ahead and they told me to come right in. They were honest and told me that a patch on my tire would fix it right up (no need to purchase a brand new one) and the patch is still holding strong 4 months later, even after driving during winter storms and potholes. Only cost me $20-25 for the tire patch. The entire experience took about 20 minutes total to remove the nail and apply the patch. I definitely recommend this location for any tire help!”
“Carlos and staff were great. Another reviewer said they exceeded expectations and I agree! I had to submit a supplemental insurance claim and Carlos handled it. Provided an estimate and followed up with my insurance. As an afterthought, I also had my rims redone and they look AMAZING! This shop did an awesome job for a reasonable price.”
“Had a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y today. Called the shop and luckily caught them just before closing time. The guy on the phone told me to come over right away. When I arrived, there were already a few customers ahead of me, but they still managed to get all four tires replaced in just about 45 minutes. The price was on the higher side, but I’m hoping the quality makes it worth it. Time will tell if the new tires live up to the expectation.”

“Wheels always seem perfectly balanced, and they don’t use grease that would let a wheel slip so for people with drag setups like I do, you don’t need to worry about that. They are always quick. They redid my front wheels from a factory and horribly scratched stain black/dark gray to a NICE DEEP gloss black. You can see in my pictures, the first is what my car looks like now, and the second is there so you can see a little of what the wheel looked like before it was redone. Of course, I didn’t take much of any picture before they were redone because… they looked bad. BUT NOW I love how the wheels came out.
I always recommend these guys when it comes to anything to do with wheel balancing or repair, amazing work.”

“Andrew is the most knowledgeable and approachable car guy I have ever talked to. He goes over every detail swiftly but also assuring that you know what he's talking about. He has metaphors if you don't understand and just tries to get you what you want. Whether you drive your car like its tokyo drift or you barely venture out, cheap or expensive, mid tier, he will get you what you want. There was a whole line of people but you wouldn't have been able to tell with this guy. He knows cars so well and how to explain them that the customer leaves learning something but he is still somehow efficient. We got our tires replaced, but I just had to say that he's perfect and has a great head on his shoulders!”
