“This review is long overdue. I can't believe I've been coming here for 7 years! I've had both Ceramic Pro and the PPF applied to my vehicle. Since the original application, I have returned every year for an annual inspection of the Ceramic Pro. This past week, I did my yearly annual inspection and they applied an additional layer of the Ceramic Pro at no additional cost. My car now looks better than the day I purchased it. The level of service provided by Marvin and his team is truly outstanding and exceptional. They have even provided me with rides home on occasion to save me from paying rideshare costs. I highly recommend this business and cannot say enough good things about them – you won’t be disappointed!”

“Fantastic service at Performance Autowerk in Dublin. They diagnosed an engine malfunction issue quickly and fixed the boost leak which turned to be the cause of the problem. Very honest, transparent work at a fair price. They also took care of an oil change using high-quality oil. Professional, skilled, and honest. I highly recommend them.”

“Just moved in to town was driving and tire light came on. Went to another shop and they said they were too busy. Basically caught a nail while driving. I drive by tire choice daily and knew it was close to home so drove directly there. They got me in and out within the hour. Great local repair shop fair and honest. Scott was amazing to work with and customer for life earned!”

“Really happy with the service here. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with, and they got my car taken care of much quicker than I expected. The price was fair, they didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and they were straightforward about the repairs. It’s nice to find a shop that’s honest, professional, and does good work. I’d definitely come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”

“Sanders and his team of Air Cooled Specialists took care of my 964 C4. I went through a whole engine overhaul and slight customizations that came out amazingly! He worked around my timeline. Sanders and Kahler's came highly recommended from close friend of mine. I 100% vouch for his work and recommend for others who desire for an Air Cooled rebuild.”

“Would HIGHLY recommend Ashton Auto!!! Spoke on the phone with many many shops to get quotes to repair my mom’s high mileage 2007 Lexus, and while most quotes were similar in price (minus the dealer), what made me choose this place was the interaction with Ashton and Steve on the phone. They were very kind, patient and very honest about what could happen during the repair and what the price was for each situation. What initially was a $1500 “worst case scenario” quote actually turned out to be $900 upon completion. They were communicating throughout the whole process and I am very happy with the service! Thanks Steve and Ashton!”

“Huge shout out to Doug and the team at Schnucks. I had my transmission rebuilt at another shop but unfortunately one of the reman coil packs failed about 3 hours from the other shop. The owner of the other shop called doug and they worked out getting my Excursion back on the road. Doug didn't gouge the other shop for this warranty work and they got it done way faster then expected so I have my truck back for the holiday weekend, Great customer service and a really stand up team. You will not go wrong picking theM for your service needs”

“Low coolant light came on Friday evening. Didn’t think I would find a reputable repair place open on weekends. I found this place on Google. Went Saturday morning. The gentleman there was amazing and an awesome mechanic. This places has decades of experience, and my Range Rover Evoque was repaired. Prices were very reasonable so I actually added more services and got other things repaired that I couldn’t afford in the past. Overall 10/10 service! My car is driving better than it ever has. Highly Recommended!”

“A very cool place. The staff are super friendly. They shared a lot of interesting facts, like that this business has been around for 42 years and that they have a collection of hundreds of license plates that grows every year. The smog check was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the great service and pleasant atmosphere. Wishing you continued success!!”

“Went to John’s European today for my sister’s BMW. Right away professional service, not only took care of issue, but provided over and above service including advice on future maintenance. Side note…The cleanest and most organized automotive shop I’ve ever seen! Highly recommend”

“I had to get some minor repair work done on my car and James was really helpful. I explained to him that I wanted to cover the cost of the repair so as not to burden the lady who hit my car since she seemed to be having a rough time and I did not want to bump her insurance, to which James promptly assessed the damage, fixed whatever minor repair work was needed and refused to take payment for his time. The job was small but the thought and action from James was credit worthy. It's good to know there are businesses that still value compassion.”

“Exceptional service — once again! We can’t say enough good things about the Infiniti service team, especially SK and Michael, the Service Manager. We’ve been bringing our QX56 to them for the past 14 years, and they have consistently provided exceptional service. We just had a routine oil change, but what really deserves recognition is the way they’ve taken care of our vehicle over the years and helped keep our QX56 in tip-top shape for 14 years and counting. They are knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s rare to find a service team you can trust this much for so many years. SK, Michael, and the entire Infiniti service team have truly earned our loyalty and highest recommendation. Thank you for always taking such great care of us and our QX56!”

“Russell is the best. He communicates the plan, the cost , and status better than any mechanic I've worked with. He sends pictures, offers solutions to reduce costs, and is genuinely focused on fixing the problem, not just doing the minimum.”

“This place was recommended to me by a family member. You can tell this man is passionate about cars. He will talk and explain the problem and issue in details if asked. He does run his own shop so may close earlier but will inform the customer ie opens on time asked me to come by 12pm to get my car vs 5pm stated because it's slow today. He doesn't pick up the phone so that is something unique and he doesn't set appointments. Just bring it in he says. Price is middle of the road. He isn't going to be the cheapest but for the quality of work he provides he's been the family go to mechanic for some time and no complaints. He does only work on foreign cars so no Subaru so we got to go somewhere else for that. No thrills. No fancy paper floor mats, but does what he needs to do. Paper work might be lacking too. He does talk fast so get prepared for that :)”

“Very customer friendly. Also, their maintenance services is good and affordable. You could wait as your car is being services or they provide you with a free shuttle within a 10-mile radius. While waiting, you can have coffee or tea. Watch news on TV. Get snacks in their vending machine. Connect to their free WiFi Internet Network. Sit on comfortable seats and enjoy the beautiful and serene environment.”

“We've been coming here for years in Steve is always professional and takes great care of his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is checked and the car is safe to drive before hand it back to us. My family brings all of our cars here for everything- engine work, brakes, and even simple tune up, every time we pick up the car, it feels like running brand new again. It's a great feeling knowing the car is safe and properly inspected. We truly appreciate Steve and his work. Highly recommended!!”

“It's very hard to find a trustworthy, honest mechanic. I was referred to Automotive Consultants by a good friend. My AC was leaking into my car on the passenger floor. A puddle! Rick instantly knew what was wrong. He put it up to check it out and fixed it within 5 mins. I loved the energy when I walked into the shop as well. I wasn't charged either. Just want to put out there on another post about women being taken advantage of. Yes, this could have happened and I know it does. But not here. Thank you Rick for your honesty and fixing my AC. Will be back for sure!”

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Volvo Dublin. The level of service, professionalism, and genuine care from the team was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Walter, the Service Manager, for going above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Walter was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the experience as smooth as possible. I’d also like to recognize Bill, the Service Coordinator, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and courteous throughout the process. His communication and attention to detail made a real difference. It’s clear that Walter, Bill, and the entire Volvo Dublin team take pride in looking after their customers. Excellent service like this deserves to be recognized, and I would gladly recommend Volvo Dublin to anyone looking for a dealership that truly puts its customers first. “What a pleasant surprise. I bought two sets of tires from Walmart last year, and ever since, one of them kept leaking air. I took it back to Walmart three times to get it fixed, but they couldn't find the issue. Today, I brought it to Big O Tires, and it only took them about 30 minutes to fix the problem. They didn't try to sell me new tires or any unnecessary services, and the price was completely reasonable. The whole process was efficient and smooth. We'll definitely start coming here for maintenance.”
