I explained to him that I wanted to cover the cost of the repair so as not to burden the lady who hit my car since she seemed to be having a rough time and I did not want to bump her insurance, to which James promptly assessed the damage, fixed whatever minor repair work was needed and refused to take payment for his time. The job was small but the thought and action from James was credit worthy. It's good to know there are businesses that still value compassion.”

We can’t say enough good things about the Infiniti service team, especially SK and Michael, the Service Manager. We’ve been bringing our QX56 to them for the past 14 years, and they have consistently provided exceptional service.
We just had a routine oil change, but what really deserves recognition is the way they’ve taken care of our vehicle over the years and helped keep our QX56 in tip-top shape for 14 years and counting. They are knowledgeable, honest, thorough, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly.

“This review is long overdue. I can't believe I've been coming here for 7 years! I've had both Ceramic Pro and the PPF applied to my vehicle. Since the original application, I have returned every year for an annual inspection of the Ceramic Pro. This past week, I did my yearly annual inspection and they applied an additional layer of the Ceramic Pro at no additional cost. My car now looks better than the day I purchased it. The level of service provided by Marvin and his team is truly outstanding and exceptional. They have even provided me with rides home on occasion to save me from paying rideshare costs. I highly recommend this business and cannot say enough good things about them – you won’t be disappointed!”

“Low coolant light came on Friday evening. Didn’t think I would find a reputable repair place open on weekends. I found this place on Google.
Went Saturday morning. The gentleman there was amazing and an awesome mechanic. This places has decades of experience, and my Range Rover Evoque was repaired. Prices were very reasonable so I actually added more services and got other things repaired that I couldn’t afford in the past.
Overall 10/10 service! My car is driving better than it ever has. Highly Recommended!”

“Huge shout out to Doug and the team at Schnucks. I had my transmission rebuilt at another shop but unfortunately one of the reman coil packs failed about 3 hours from the other shop. The owner of the other shop called doug and they worked out getting my Excursion back on the road. Doug didn't gouge the other shop for this warranty work and they got it done way faster then expected so I have my truck back for the holiday weekend, Great customer service and a really stand up team. You will not go wrong picking theM for your service needs”

“Would HIGHLY recommend Ashton Auto!!! Spoke on the phone with many many shops to get quotes to repair my mom’s high mileage 2007 Lexus, and while most quotes were similar in price (minus the dealer), what made me choose this place was the interaction with Ashton and Steve on the phone. They were very kind, patient and very honest about what could happen during the repair and what the price was for each situation. What initially was a $1500 “worst case scenario” quote actually turned out to be $900 upon completion. They were communicating throughout the whole process and I am very happy with the service! “It's very hard to find a trustworthy, honest mechanic. I was referred to Automotive Consultants by a good friend. My AC was leaking into my car on the passenger floor. A puddle! Rick instantly knew what was wrong. He put it up to check it out and fixed it within 5 mins.
I loved the energy when I walked into the shop as well.
