“The absolute best appliance shopping experience ever! Took awhile to find this treasure, but if you’re reading this, you struck gold! We searched for a new refrigerator and would not buy from chain store, as the customer service, wait times and selection were subpar. Not only did we save on this purchase at Burbank Appliance, but Mike really listened to our needs. He also included fast, professional delivery, install and haul away. Outstanding all around, period.”

“Great product. Fit and finish was on point. My only complaint is there isn't a ground pig tail in the harness. The LED turns and markers for my fenders needed the ground. Not that big of a deal because I'm an electrician. Splicing in and soldering a ground only took a few minutes to make it look like it came that way. To the average person it might be different.”

“This is my favorite electronics store! I bought my iPhone 14 Pro Max here, and later I came back to buy a escooter for my son. The team is always friendly, helpful, and provides great customer service. It’s a family-owned business, and they truly care about their customers. In my opinion, they’re the best in Burbank! If you’re looking for cool gadgets, e-bikes, e-scooters, or a place you can trust for repairs, you should definitely check out ART Boutique Cellular. Thanks, guys!”

“I bought my Wacom Intuos Pro at MacHollywood and loved my experience. The products are authentic, and this store offers very unique services as it’s not common to be able to test out Wacom products in store. I think it’s special that they offer the ability to rent equipment as well, though I haven’t needed to do so myself. I came in wanting to test out a couple of drawing tablets and Patrick made sure they were all available to me, including opening up a new box for the floor model. He was attentive but didn’t hover- I felt free to take my time testing out all the features. He asked questions to help ensure I got what I was looking for, but didn’t push any unnecessary or out of budget products. He’s knowledgeable about all of the products that they carry, which is great if you need any help making decisions on such important purchases. The selection is fun to look at, they carry many accessories to ensure that you are set to start working on your tablet as soon as you take it home. I’m really happy with the drawing tablet I bought. I was upgrading from a 2013 model, and though the experience working with the 2025 model is night and day as far as pressure sensitivity goes, my original Wacom is still fully functional as intended for the technical capabilities of 2013. I imagine that this new Wacom will last me for many years to come, and I appreciate MacHollywood for curating a selection of only quality options. Patrick is really easy to get along with and creates a warm atmosphere to shop in. I will certainly be back when I need new accessories, I hope this place continues to do well for many decades to come.”

“AMAZING service from Michael!! I would give 10 STARS if I could. I had called in to see if they were able to replace the screen on my Macbook Air. Luckily they had a replacement screen in stock, so I dropped off my laptop around 4pm and they had my screen fixed and ready for pick-up by the very next day around 2:30pm! Everything was incredibly fast and efficient. They were also the most cost friendly repair shop around Ktown LA when I called 6 other repair stores in the area for price comparisons. I will surely be coming back to fix all my devices if needed in the future- so glad I found this repair shop. Thanks again, Michael and AVS Computech!”

“Baller Hardware has been my go to hardware store and plant shop since they opened in HLP a few years ago. Staff is always super friendly and helpful + prices are great. Parking is available in the back lot. I really want to emphasize that the indoor and outdoor plant shop here is truly outstanding. The owners consistently have the best selection of plants for amazing prices (they even offer pretty frequent plant sales with significant discounts). My wife and I have filled our yard and house with Baller plants and they all are super happy, healthy, and beautiful. Special shout out to Keith who works in the plant department and is always very friendly, happy, knowledgeable, and helpful. He’s there almost every time we visit and he’s given us great advice on keeping our plants healthy and he even pots our plants very nicely for us when we purchase a plant + pot together (pictured). Thank you, Keith! And Ballers!”
