“We were exploring some new couches online with Bob's and my husband found some really good deals. Then he found one that was actually located in the store at Long Beach so we decided to go check it out.
I was a bit nervous after seeing some reviews, but when we walked in, we were greeted, but nobody was too pushy. We wandered around the showfloor & then we went into the outlet section, which is more like the discounted open box section, and we fell in love with basically the first couch that we saw. An employee named Ben helped us out a LOT and answered all our questions and was very friendly. Shout out to Ben!!! Altho many people on the floor were willing to help.
Altho Ben offered us the Bob's delivery, we chose to shop around for other options. Everything came without a hitch. Definitely would come back to order more furniture here. The prices cant be beat!
They even have snacks and clean bathrooms!”

We ended up getting a washer dryer, microwave stove refrigerator and I must tell you that management was top-notch. Everything was really, really professional. I enjoyed the experience and I would definitely go back. And have a large selection and again very helpful. The one thing that really, really made me feel comfortable was they took their time.
No rush at all on colors selection, I really like that. “5/5 experience with Good Night Mattress. We purchased an American Leather Sleeper Sofa. Mind you, these couches are very heavy but the delivery guys did a great job. They were all great to work with from when we entered the store to final delivery. One of the screws came off after it was delivered and they came back very promptly to fix it, no issues whatsoever. We worked with Patty and Alex mostly, but everyone we interacted with was amazing and communicative. In today’s culture, a lot of companies view customers as just a number, but not Good Night Mattress. They really do care about you and make sure everything is smooth and professional. We will be going back to them for all of our future needs, for sure. It’s important we keep small family owned businesses around instead of the big corporations who won’t care about you after they have their money. THANK YOU GOOD NIGHT MATTRESS”
