“I came into today,and I always come here before work.Because I work nexts to at car way.But the guy working here before 1 pm always wants to charge me for a bag,but I seen today he charges whoever wants.And I asked why u want to charge me but not charge the guy in front of me,and I’m a regular just like the guy that was in front I would like to speak with the owner about this”
“On Thursdays make sure you're in the right line.
The long line is for check cashing. The line nearest the door is for purchases. They have some rare items like Mexican Pepsi! All sizes of everything. Huge bags of taco chips.”
“I have been a loyal customer since 1993. It is an old Bekins storage facility of seven floors. Access to the wine vault is through an old elevator, manually controlled, with a sliding metal gate. Storage lockers are of multiple sizes, including walk in.
The personal touch of Nancy, Laura and Paul is nothing short of perfect.
There have never been issues with security or climate control. And all for a reasonable price!”

“What an absolutely wonderful wine place to accidentally stumble upon while getting my morning coffee. James was the name of the gentleman who helped me and really took his time explaining the shop and it’s history and nearly all of the wines in stock one by one. I ended up, leaving with four separate bottles, all new to me, and I am very excited to try them. This place is approachable and well laid out and I will make sure that I visit anytime that I’m in the area. I highly recommend just popping in for a look and maybe a quick sip of wine.”
“Really hard to say anything bad about the place. I go in for lunch and grab a cheese or two about once a week since moving to the neighborhood. Can be a little crazy on weekends, but if you make it in during a weekday the staff have great suggestions.
Great bread and meats as well.”

“Went in there today for the first time. Extremely clean store with a large beer selection. They are very limited on wine. The store gives off a great vibe and doesn't feel like a typical liquor store that is cluttered and small. I will visit the store again but not for wine since their selection is pretty weak. I did pick up a couple of bottles so hopefully they'll turn out to be pretty good. They're getting 4 ⭐ because of the layout of the store and how clean it was.”

“We stopped here during the holidays to get some liquor for a family Christmas party and New Years Eve. My first time at Glendale liquor. My girl has come here a million times since she used to live out here. I love the Armenian wine selections and the Russian Vodkas to choose from, I do not drink Vodka as much as i used too. BUt i love this place, and i will be back.”
“Great spot but kind of hidden! Happy hour all day with $3 draft Stella and $5 Craft beer. I was ordering from Mendocino Farms when I saw this place. You can bring outside food if you order a beer or order anything from the store. You can't beat the happy hour price in DTLA. The staff is super nice too! Happy Friday indeed. (The store is in the cal plaza, lower level, underneath the Omni hotel, next to Mendocino Farms)”

However once I walked in, it was a very nice store with so many different types of wine that I've never heard of. It was a very inviting store with great customer service. They were not pushy and were very open to explaining the different types of wine. For a dedicated wine store, the price was on par with what you would expect. This is definitely a store that I will be returning to. I want to expand my wine knowledge and tastes.”
