“I’m a total rookie with bike racks. Met Will here and he walked me through every single step , from educating me on different rack types all the way to installation & removal. Just as important is their no pressure approach. He literally let me analyze in their store whether I should even get a model from
somewhere else. Got home and had Q’s about removing it and he patiently walked me thru it (again, yes I’m that person) & I was able to handle it on my own from his specific tips. TLDR don’t buy a bike rack from anywhere else, don’t even bother. This is the spot.”

I had a great experience working with David Bousheh at Sunnyvale Volkswagen. I was nearing the end of my lease on my Volkswagen ID.4 and had been having trouble getting in touch with another dealership about returning it. I called Sunnyvale Volkswagen, spoke with David, and he immediately made the process simple. He told me to bring the car in and he would take care of everything.

“I had a great experience with B2 Perfection Body Shop. My Tesla had front-end damage, and I told them upfront that my main priority was getting it functional again. I wasn’t looking for a perfect cosmetic repair and wanted the most cost-effective option. They really listened and worked with what I actually wanted instead of trying to upsell me.

They initially gave me a very reasonable estimate to get everything back in place and working again. Later, they let me know one of the lights needed to be replaced because otherwise water could get in and cause problems over time. I appreciated that they explained that clearly and fixed it the right way. Even with that additional repair, the final price was still much lower than the other estimates I got.

The work itself was also very professional. The car ended up looking better than I expected, and they even cleaned the interior for me, which was a really nice touch. It honestly felt like I was getting a new car back.

On top of that, the turnaround was fast. I found them on Monday, they ordered the light, it arrived a few days later, and I had my car back by Friday. I was really impressed by their honesty, speed, pricing, and quality of work. I’d definitely recommend them, especially if you need someone who will listen to your priorities and give you practical, honest advice.”

“I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision at 794 Industrial Rd, San Carlos. The manager, Michael Lopez, was exceptional—honest, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He provided us with a repair estimate that was significantly more reasonable than the first shop recommended by our insurance company. Importantly, his team carefully inspected the structural integrity of the doors before preparing the estimate, which gave us great confidence in their assessment.

Caliber Collision proved to be a trustworthy and highly competent repair facility. Their staff was responsive and handled all insurance-related documentation seamlessly, eliminating any stress on our end. We also appreciated the consistent communication; we received timely updates via messages, keeping us informed that the repairs to our Mercedes-Benz SUV were progressing as scheduled.

However, their estimate was unexpectedly high and included replacing two dented doors rather than repairing them, which could have resulted in the vehicle being declared a total loss. In the meantime, Greg was kind enough to keep my car in his shop without charging me any storage fees and also let me know that he would make sure my insurance wouldn’t take my car until he was sure that my car wasn’t worth saving. All of this he did without cost.
