“i brought in my car, requesting a quote for a small scrap on my bumper. David was the estimator and i asked if this can be repaired in the most cost effective way as it is an old car and i plan to get rid of soon. He asked if i need it to be perfect, if not, he can try to buff it out and see if it is up to my satisfaction. He took the car in and came back in 5 mins, i can barely see any marks on it. It was such a great job ! Big shout out to David for having the customer's best interest in mind”
