“Had my car fixed at this place. Knowing nothing about cars, I was so glad Benz Collision and my AAA insurance handled it. Staff are very amiable. Jackie at reception was very approachable. They took the car in on a Monday and I drove it home by Friday! I love how they sent automated updates throughout the week and on the day of the scheduled pick up, Jackie called to let me know if it will be done on time as scheduled. They had the most reasonable rates after having brought the car to two other places prior.
Didn’t know you can drop off your car rental here (if you’re car insurance covers it) then switch cars! One-stop shop! Benz Collision works with AAA car insurance and came highly recommended by AAA themselves!

We had a very stressful last minute issue right before leaving for a trip with our trailer, and even though the shop was closed Louis picked up the phone and still offered to help us. He stayed late to wait for us, helped us when we got lost, and was overall extremely generous and kind. When we got there, he figured out the issue fixed it that evening, and was perhaps even too fair with the price. You can tell he is great at what he does and cares about his customers and just wants to help them. Definitely recommend coming here! Big plus for having one of the sweetest shop dogs.”
