They know the drop of different running shoes, whether they are for neutral/pronating/supinating feet, and which styles come in different widths. They even volunteer the information the you may be due a reward on your current purchase. I had some unexpected things happen on a custom order I had on Hoka shoes. Every person I dealt with took ownership of the problem to get it resolved. I won't be buying athletic shoes anywhere else.”

You search through the racks of inventory when suddenly~ Kablaam!!!I get slapped in the face with that stunner, that keeper, that perfect me item, you can't find it cheaper~Then this happens...I start screaming out loud "Mom!!!! “I love Ross finds; I have no idea why their wood side plaza section placed the benches where you can sit and try on shoes but there’s no mirror to check!! You need to walk around to check the shoes you are trying on! And those pairs are locked so you can’t even walk wearing them; that’s a dump idea whoever did that ?”

“Nordstrom Rack each has a different vibe. Fremont has better layout in the store sales and friendly staff. Palo Alto seems that everything is just thrown in the middle of the room. Not a lot of options shoe size for 6.5 - only 1.5 rack. Only engaged with the check out person who wasn’t rude but certainly didn’t seem thrilled to be there.”
