“To everyone that only ordered online and never set foot in this store: Yes, this is a REAL store in the California Bay area. I searched EVERYWHERE for a dress and found B Chic's online store. I was fed up with online ordering from other websites because of the awkward sizing and wanted to actually try on a dress before buying it. I literally flew from Texas to California just to visit this store. I'm genuinely glad I did. I loved the Iyza Belaar designs and initially went for the Misha dress. They didn't have my size there. They told me they would order it for me, but i didn't want to risk awkward sizing. So I tried their Nabilah dress. This Nabilah dress size comes up super small, like several sizes too small. I normally wear a size 12, maybe a 10, sometimes, but I had to buy a size 18 for this Nabilah dress. I'm genuinely glad I came by to try dresses on. They have so many dress options and even custom make dresses from scratch. I asked them to tailor the dress and have it ready by the next day... AND THEY DID! I flew back to Texas with my dress in my arms.I will say, though, that the colors shown online are a bit brighter than what you'll see in person. If you took your pictures in natural light and some extra artificial light, the colors do show up like how it is online.Overall, thank you so much to the two beautiful ladies (sorry for not catching your names!) who went above and beyond to help me find my dress!”

“My two kids (9 year old daughter, 7 year old son) both had an amazing time at their week at Camp Couture! The first day, they came home and instantly said it was the best camp they'd been to and have to come back (and they have been to many camps!). Before, my son had only limited experience hand sewing, but learned to sew several stitches by hand and even proficiently use a sewing machine. My daughter can now independently sew complex projects on a sewing machine. They made so many, very cool projects during the week. I was blown away each day. They each made a stylish, lined hoodie and a stuffie all in just one day. Other projects included a quilt (made from my son's favorite outgrown T-shirts), a cool backpack and bag that I could totally see in a high-end store, and animal-shaped pin cushions. Each week, they have different projects to mix it up. I was impressed with how great of a teacher Alexandria was. She was patient, encouraging, and knew how to challenge and meet each student where they were. They learned so much in just one week. You can tell she puts a lot of care into the projects she designs for each kid and the individualized prep she needs to do each night for each one's level, interest, and choice of project. We're so lucky we found this camp and will definitely be returning!”

I walked down to the boutique, saw a 20% off sale sign and used this for my first genuine leather jacket purchase. I was in and out of the store under 15 minutes including trying on two sizes and getting rung up at the cashier for my purchase. Thank you to Maria for greeting me within minutes of entering the store, assisting me in the fitting room, and finalizing my purchase at the front counter. I really appreciate that the whole team helped each other communicate applying the discount and then getting a sleeve protector in the back. Cannot say whose product quality is the best, but definitely Vuori’s sales associate is on the top in terms of customer services.I visited Vuori several times. The staff is always friendly, showed willing to help, but not aggressive and pushy. One of the recent visits, I tried to find an item that’s sold out from online. I showed the item to one of the staff Noah. There was no inventory at store as expected. However, Noah was going beyond and called both Santana Row and SF stores. Eventually I am able to get the item which I didn’t hold much hope before visiting. Kudos Noah!Afterall, Vuori’s DreamKnits is super comfortable and definitely will go back to purchase more”

I've worn Madewell jeans for quite a few years now so I stopped in there to see if I could find a replacement pair of jeans. I found that the style I currently have do not fit the same way as before so I tried on a new style, Vintage in dark wash. Hummm I liked them but since I'm short, the salesperson, Christina, suggested I try the petite version of the jeans.I decided to go ahead and purchase the ones they had in the store and order the petite version. When it came time to process the purchases, my credit card kept getting declined. I called my credit card company and they assured me that the card was working. It still would not process...the cashier there was very kind and patient, which I very much appreciated. She tried and tried and even moved the sale to a different register. Nothing worked.Brian, one of the managers came over to see what was happening and took the time to assist me in determining what the problem was. I am very appreciative of his professionalism and patience as we continued to try to get my card to work. It turned out that the simple purchase transaction went fine, but there was a problem with the on-line order where my card address was different from the ship to address. Brian hung in there with me trying everything and never showed any impatience.I am very impressed with the level of customer service and patience I experienced today...It was not a huge sale, just a pair of jeans.Thank you Madewell for the excellent customer service.
