She asked what was wrong with our current oven and who we had diagnosing the problem. Immediately she got on the phone and gave us 3 names to try 1 last time to get it fixed. She said if this doesn't work then come back and we can look at a new oven. Her recommendation fixed our oven! It's hard to find a genuine sales person looking out for your best interest and we were so lucky to find Renee.”

She was absolutely on point to recommend him as he gave us top-notch/5-star customer service that you rarely see these days. He took the time to explain the features of the various brands available and answer our questions to our complete satisfaction in a very relaxed and friendly manner. We felt very comfortable ordering a complete Thermador kitchen package for our remodel and receive a nice rebate/gift with purchase special resulting in an outstanding value. Since we knew our old gas dryer was on its last legs, we added a GE Ultrafast Combo 2-in-1 Washer Dryer to the package at an amazing deal from Cory that also resulted in nice rebate from the Bay Area Regional Energy Network (BayREN) since it is an energy efficient heat pump dryer (no gas and ventless). Also, unlike the old days when you wouldn't want to leave wet laundry in the washing machine overnight, this washer dryer combo is a game changer as we can throw our laundry into the machine before going to sleep and when we wake up, the laundry is not only washed but it is dry...Amazing! Lastly, the coordination for the delivery was superb and our requests were honored quickly and efficiently by Cory (messages and emails resolved quickly within a few hours...even on his days off) that made for a great experience (and loyal customers for life). Simply put, if you need to order any appliances, you absolutely will be pleased to work with Cory and the Davies Appliance team.”

“Went to The Newark Home Depot in search of blinds for the window in my house. I stumbled upon this young fellow and not knowing how things work, he showed me to the blinds section where I was taken back by the various options shown to me. He was quick and speedy ask what it was I needed done which such charm. He made the process so easy and painless, he even called a fellow worker to assist me in cutting my blinds to the exact measurement. He even boxed up my product for me. I will be searching for him next time when I need assistance. He really cared about the depot where doers get things done. And I count myself as a doers, he really showed me how to get it done. If I were his manager, I would applaud his efforts. Thank for Jovani for your help and service to the Newark Home Depot, you now have yourself a valued customer! ;D <3”

“My 10-year old Bosch dishwasher started beeping. Bob attended. Charged $190. He diagnosed the problem as a faulty flow meter. He said that the work to replace the flow meter would be quite costly, and might just reveal another fault. He recommended that we replace the machine. However, we decided to buy a replacement flow meter, which cost just less than $40. After two hours of our own labour, our machine is working fine. Still, we appreciate the correct diagnosis.”

“I want to give a massive thanks to Andrew in the plumbing department for stepping forward and helping me out with cutting some pipe I had bought at this location. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Other than Andrew, my experience with this location was very poor. I called ahead of time to ask if there was someone working today who knew how to operate the pipe cutter. The employee had the worst attitude and knew nothing about the store or what products were available. He sounded incredibly bored and gave me more dramatic sighs than actual answers.When I arrived and was asking around for help, the employees were extremely unprofessional and dismissive. There were a couple huddled around making jokes about their genitals and acted as if I was interrupting when I asked for help. Nobody even knew the location had a pipe cutter. Fortunately Andrew walked by right at that moment to help another customer and I was able to ask him for help.”

“This rating is for one employee at this Home Depot's Customer Service Center. Ariel was handling my issue regarding an important lost item. He contacted the Lost and Found Department by phone and had to wait for a response. Almost 15 min later, no one from L & F called. He called again and waited maybe 5 min, when he decided to check on the issue himself. I told him I would be in the the garden seed packet section of the store for a bit and then come back. Another 10 or 15 min later, he rushed up to me (apparently he had been looking for me) to let me know that L & F did not have my missing item - but he assured me that EVERY section of 'The Vault' was searched, and that he was very sorry. My strong impression of Ariel was that he was kind, understanding, and caring. I have not had that kind of service at Home Depot in a long time, but it was good to know there ARE good people there, despite the greedy upper mucky-mucks controlling how the business is managed.”

“I've seen many negative reviews but my experience here was great! I came in with my girlfriend looking for a TV. Sudarshan greeted us at the door and quickly established a personal relationship with us. I did not go in with the mindset to buy any TV, but Sudarshan had great knowledge and showed me the difference between OLED and QHD. He wasn't pushy at all and I walked out with a 55inch Sony OLED. He deserves recognition, I would come back for that type of service any day!”

She also cut the ones we needed to have cut. She spent a lot of her time with us to ensure we had everything we needed. Great attitude, super friendly, and very hardworking! “Had fury 4 clawed visitors in kitchen and backyard recently. Came here to get some snacks for them to chew on. Associates here were helpful. The self check out had associates ringing up sales. Didn't know that one can't tap pay terminal. It's either slide or insert card into slot. Pricing of the mouse snack (8.95) is standard thruout the industry as it's essential a duopoly between 2 big nationwide chain stores. The product was working as soon i placed it against a door corner. Didn't need to open package. Just bringing in jnto the house deterred the fury critters from visiting again. Coincidentally a female cat who "claims" our house is hers by defecating all over same was standing at our backdoor sliding door. No doubt she wants credit for our visitors vanishing. I know an opportunistic cat when i see 1.”

He was a complete DREAM, or rather an angel, and was super friendly and helpful as we tried to maximize the interior inches and eventually tied down the hatchback with twine.
