“I recently had a challenging travel day filled with multiple flight delays and setbacks. After a long day of work and numerous airline complications, I even had to change my original arrival airport from Santa Barbara to Ontario just to make it into California. I finally arrived at Ontario Airport in the early morning hours on Friday and rented a vehicle from National.
The young lady who assisted me at National was outstanding. Despite the late (or rather early) hour and my exhaustion, she treated me with great care and empathy. She patiently helped me locate my car and made the entire pickup process much smoother than it could have been under those circumstances. I truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism.
I returned the vehicle to the Enterprise location in Oxnard on Ventura Boulevard, near the Costco store. There, Crystal, the manager, was also excellent. She was professional, helpful, and efficiently assisted me in resolving and adjusting an extra charge that had been applied to my account. Her support made a noticeable difference.
Unfortunately, my experience with the Executive Elite department was disappointing. As an elite member, I expected a higher level of service and priority treatment, but that was not the case. In contrast, the frontline staff at both National and Enterprise treated me far better and with more attentiveness than the Executive Elite team.
Overall, the on-site employees at National (Ontario Airport) and Enterprise (Oxnard) delivered great service under difficult circumstances. The weak point remains the Executive Elite support, which fell short of the standards elite members should receive.”

“We had a great experience at Crown Toyota! Julian, our salesperson, was excellent from start to finish. My 18 year old son went in to purchase his first car , and Julian made the entire process easy, comfortable, and stress free.

“As long as you call ahead to make sure they have cars they are cool. The website does not know what's going on at the stores. The guys there should just buy out Avis and start their own rental company in same spot. Im there like every month they're cool.”

“Darren in returns is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Initially, when I was renting a car from Alamo I requested a Rav 4. Reshika worked with Darren to find the car- and I know they out in so much effort as stock was dwindling. He got a return ready in a short time and i drove off.
15 min later I realized I was not comfortable in the rav 4. If it would have been a single day rental I would have grin and bear ? it all the way, but this was a week long rental and I didn’t want to be miserable.
Darren immediately recognized the car on my return in 15 min and was SO understanding and kind.
I ended up renting an Audi Q 4 Quattro for a substantial amount more but it was comfortable and a good way to test if Audi might be a next lease for me.
Anyway- on return. Darren greeted me and remembered me. That’s always nice. And he was just so personable and we talked about different model cars for a moment as I explained I’m in the market for a car but haven’t settled.
He’s so knowledgeable about cars, he’s super friendly and kind to engage with. Just genuinely a super nice person. So grateful for the interaction-
He is a stellar employee and an all around wonderful human. ????”
“I booked a car here for a work trip. They even picked me up since its near my home and it was convenient. Minus because they don't offer drives during the last part of their posted business hours. I was willing to wait because I saw they were busy but was refused outright. The manager gave me a $15 credit, ostensibly to pay for the Uber. I appreciate the thought but it wasn't really helpful either since it has to go through reimbursement and I won't actually get that credited money back. I wish they actually maintained their operations through close of business instead.”

“Is not colocated at the terminals, they do have shuttles that run almost constantly or it’s a 30min walk from terminal 2. The people at the lot were very nice and helpful and definitely deserve all the stars however not advertising it’s a shuttle ride from either terminal is annoying.”
