“We had a great and easy experience atMattress Firm, Chino Hills location. Tiffany was the associate that greeted us as we walked in. I usually say I'm "just looking" in hopes that I am left alone to browse and shop without a pushy sales person following me around. However, this was NOT the case with Tiffany. She was friendly, relatable and very helpful. It was easy to talk to her and explain what we were looking for without feeling like she was trying to upsell us on anything. She was able to answer our questions and give us the information we were inquiring about. I was honestly going in there with the intention of just gathering information and testing out a mattress that we had in mind. But Tiffany gave us such a good deal and made it so easy, that we ended up purchasing a mattress and adjustable base before leaving! Delivery is set for tomorrow and I can't wait, thank you Tiffany! Also, shout out to her co worker that was there (don't recall his name but according to Tiffany he's a mattress geek ?) he was friendly and helpful as well. Thanks guys!”

We used this couch for dining, sleeping, a guest room, jumping kids, messy dogs, and literally every other fun thing a family needs a couch for.Fast forward to August 2023, and we moved 1000 miles away and were looking for a fresh couch. I looked all over and the fabrics/construction of all the beautiful couches I found didn't compare. We purchased a gorgeous blue sectional from Stendmar again and just know that we'll be happy for at least another 10 years. Construction is top notch, customer service is the very best. “We purchased a king firm mattress and a set of dresser and chest. Everything was carefully delivered, however, the chest had a manufacture defect that caused one of the drawers not to open properly. We called the shop and they came out the following day to check out the issue, without hesitant they told us that they will replaced the chest for us because the drawer was broken. True to their words we received the replacement on the exact time frame they had promised us. Absolutely impressed with the service and of our merchandise. Highly recommend.
